House vacation rentals in Iowa City

Chad was very communicative. The house fit our needs perfectly. We were there for daughter’s graduation and the family had a great time playing pool and using the bbq.

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

This Airbnb was awesome! Seriously, the place was spotless and clearly super well-cared for. It felt really homey. And the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, it was perfect for just chilling out. If you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing spot, I'd totally recommend this one. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great weekend stay at Daniel's spot! A gem in a small town.

It is a wonderful historic home. It has been beautifully maintained - I assume retaining the original rooms and layout. Early June is a great time to be here - was able to open the windows to take advantage of the wonderful breeze and cool night time temperatures. We had a family reunion and used the space to gather for a family history slide show event for those of us staying there as well as some others who were at hotels. Plugged my computer to an HDMI on the TV (this was one of the questions I had for Doug prior to the stay, and he responded immediately confirming that the flat screen TV would be able to do that). The house is set back from the street with lots of gardens. Awoke one morning to a sleeping buck out the side, and a doe with two fawns in front. Very peaceful. Lightening bugs too!! Thank you, Doug!!

Perfect house for our large group. Located in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to local attractions like Finkbine Golf Course and Kinnick Stadium. Highly recommend!

Raechelle was an incredible host with a gorgeous space. My bridal party got ready here before the wedding and it was perfect! I had total wedding brain and messed up the checkout time, but Raechelle was quick to help and understanding. A beautiful space with lots of charm.

Ethan and Stephanie are great hosts. They communicated daily to make sure we were ok and also offered any assistance should we need it. Ethan also worked on getting the pool cleaned, sanitized and ready for our family to enjoy (earlier than normal) which my kids really appreciated. They were also accommodating when asked if we could add 2 more guests to our booking, a very reasonable fee was added but that was understandable. Theres a lot to do here! We spent most of our time in the back yard palying games, swimming, having a meal or just simply lounging and enjoying each others company. We highly recommend Ethans place! Our family enjoyed it and Im sure yours will too!!

We came prepared to make food and beverages for a grandchild’s graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t need most of my gear. Kitchen and bathroom linens were stocked and ready to go! Even beach towels if you wanted to go to the pool. Very nice and comfortable little home. All on one floor good for those who have limited mobility. We couldn’t be more pleased for what we needed. The fire pit and outdoor furniture was a bonus area for the guys who didn’t want to hang out with the cooks!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! You can tell it was once a Treasured home of the owner and they are very gracious to share it with people who need a large space near Iowa city! We could easily sleep our party of 11 with the bed configurations available and everyone had the privacy they needed. There are multiple living spaces off a very centralized kitchen, which makes for great space to be together but also have some personal space. The pool table and game room was so much fun and the pool and hot tub were such great amenities. We were able to park four cars without blocking anyone and it is a quick drive into Iowa city, probably about 12 to 15 minutes… seems to be halfway between the Cedar Rapids Airport, and Iowa city itself. For graduation weekend staying here was more affordable and more comfortable than 3 to 4 hotel rooms by far! Which would’ve been more expensive. So overall, a wonderful value.

Luke is the SUPREME host. He has been one of the most flexible, responsive, generous hosts I have ever worked with. This house is a true gem. Super cute, very thoughtfully designed, all the details are spot on. It is bright and airy and makes you feel right at home. The landscaping is magnificent all around, with a gorgeous backyard complete with party lights, fire pit, porch. A true oasis. It is also in an awesome location, on a quiet dead end street, but within walking distance to everything you need. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Seth was amazing and very easy to work with. The house and property were very beautiful. House was very clean and cant forget about the lovable cat that enjoyed the weekend with us around the bonfire. I would highly recommend this house/property for family gatherings etc! Great place for family gatherings. We had plenty of room for 5 adults. Well stocked kitchen and the back deck is a really nice added touch. Nick was very responsive and friendly. Close to the university, and Coralville. We found the neighborhood noticeably quiet. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

It was the perfect place for our family. We had ages from 2-49. The grandkids loved having a bonfire and making s'mores. The older kids went thru all the puzzles and had a fun game of Trivial Pursuit! We would definitely stay here again!

From the beginning of making the reservation to check out, everything was great. Mattresses on the beds were extremely comfortable with great quality linens. Nice bathroom well equipped kitchen. It was everything my family needed from beginning to end. Restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Amy's house was awesome. And somehow, she had provided everything we could possibly need during our stay there. We have stayed in numerous Airbnb properties, but Amy's is by far the best. Absolutely awesome in every way. And we can stay close to family.

Great location and great host! We had to book this house at the last minute, and Greg was very responsive. He was also flexible to give us a late check out when that was really needed. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay and felt like we had everything we needed. The house is close to shopping and a park and the main trail that runs through CR. The hot tub was fantastic and I loved that there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. The only "negative" was that the yard isn't fully fenced and we have a dog, but that's easily fixed by bringing a leash! I'm looking forward to staying again the next time we visit.
