In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our two apartments are located at Anton-v.-Satori-Straße 1 in 4810 Gmunden and are therefore right in the heart of Gmunden, more precisely directly on the Graben, which, as well as the entire Gmundner old town, has numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

The solid wood house with two accommodation units in total is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. Each floor consists of one accommodation unit. The ground floor apartment is accessible. The ski areas Filzmoos, Flachau/Wagrain and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amade“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

In the cottage "Waldesruh" you can leave the hectic everyday life behind and simply switch off. The rustic and practically furnished cottage offers space for family or friends. It is quietly located on the edge of a settlement. From here you can explore the varied Almtal and the beautiful Traunseestadt Gmunden. A quiet swimming lake and refreshments are just a few minutes' walk away. Ideal starting point for hikes or cycling trips.

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
