In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished.
