Vacation rentals with a patio in Inverness

Loved our stay! The only downsides to us was that we had to reserve a pool/sauna/steam room time, max 1hr a day and the hours ended at 6pm.

Excellent accommodation in beautiful town. Highly recommended.

Emanuele's studio in Inverness was perfect for what I needed! It was very easy to walk to points of interest like restaurants, businesses, and sights in the city center. This includes the bus depot and train station. Parking was also extremely convenient with permitted parking right in front of the apartment. The place was cozy and convenient and really added to my wonderful time in Inverness. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic place to stay. exactly what I was after in a great location. a bit tight to get to the parking spot so just check beforehand if in a large vehicle but apart from that great booking.

2nd visit to this accommodation. Great cottage and very short walk to beach and restaurants . Good size accommodation and really clean has everything you need . Nice garden for chilling . Love the utility area for coats , shoes etc . I use the swimming pool at the high school about 10 min walk . You can buy a weekly pass for swimming , fitness suite and classes . We love visiting Elgin , Hopeman and surrounding area but drawn to Lossiemouth beaches . Will visit again .

Incredible stay and will definitely be back again! Beautiful, clean, fully equipped, private rental. Hosts were amazing, friendly and had great communication and local suggestions. They made our stay more than comfortable and we look forward to being back again soon!

Exactly as described in the listing. A lovely clean house that caters for a weekend or longer. Ot was easy to find and enter into the whole experience was welcoming. We had a great time and felt well looked after.

We liked the house very much and felt right at home. It is very nice, located in nature and quiet. By car you can easily get to many attractions. Our favorite place was outside on the small terrace, with the beautiful view and the rushing of the stream. We would definitely recommend the place.

This cosy cottage was ideally situated for the city and surrounding area - plenty of areas (beaches and forests) for walking - we particularly enjoyed Lossiemouth, Findhorn, Burghead, Roseisle, Cullen, Nairn and Spey Bay - the whisky trail is near by too - all in all Elgin is a great base to explore - Kate has been very helpful and easily contactable - the cottage was great and had everything you would possibly need - a real home from home - we are already planning a trip for next year and will have no problem booking this accommodation again

This is an amazing place to stay! The views are incredible. The location was peaceful and quiet and just minutes away from Inverness. The perfect blend of quiet and accessibility! The house was perfectly clean and very well decorated and extremely comfortable. Every amenity was available. Heather and Lewis are outstanding hosts! Very quick to respond, went above and beyond to get us checked in early, and gave fantastic recommendations. I would recommend this gorgeous cottage!

An absolutely perfect accommodation for our family of 8 including a 5 and 3 year old. Easily accessible from the train station either by stairs or a moderately steep but navigable paved path if you’re bringing wheeled suitcases, etc. Close to grocery and other shopping, dining and sightseeing. A quiet street where we all slept well.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! We had a wonderful stay. The directions and instructions on checking in were extremely clear. Everything was pristine and high quality, from the decor to the fixtures and fittings and kitchen equipment. I messaged Bruce to ask if he could bring us an ice cube tray for the freezer and he brought us a tray filled with ice cubes plus a welcome gift of a small bottle of whisky, which was a lovely touch! It was great to meet him and he couldn't have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. The garden was lovely and private and we enjoyed our evening drinks on the terrace. It was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Our friends and my husband and I really appreciated all the efforts put into creating such high quality accommodation.

We easily located Clematis Cottage but the parking instructions were a tad contradictory. Simon cleared it up quickly and we had no further issues. The cottage was as described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Lots of water pressure in the shower. The hob requires you to hold the on/off button which we figured out….finally! Google didn’t help with that one. We always sleep with windows in the bedroom open so be aware that the road is just outside the front door and you do hear traffic. I’m a light sleeper. My husband wasn’t woken by it. The back garden is absolutely stunning. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time, the house was spacious and very well equipped. We only stayed a couple of nights but would be perfect for staying longer and spending time enjoying the area. Perfect house for families - kitchen had everything you could need, and the hotel is very close by for eating out. I would like to stay again in the future for longer

One of the best properties we've ever booked on Airbnb. Fraser is very proactive and went above and beyond to satisfy any requirement we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. We'd love to stay there again.

Really nice weekend in Inverness for the Loch Ness Sportive. House was a short ride into town, very clean and tidy, and easy to find.

All reviews prior to this are accurate. If you're considering to book the place I wouldn't think twice. Peggy, the host, was very clear, responsive and helpful which made it even amazing.

Easy to follow instructions everywhere you might need them. Great book to learn about the area and to get recommendations. Amazing communication and we look forward to coming back in the future

Rosey’s place was absolutely perfect, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had our privacy, plenty of room for parking, and a beautiful view. The patio was sprinkled with beautiful plants and plenty of lounge seating to enjoy the view. Rosey also washed our laundry and returned it folded and clean to us in a timely manner. I wish we would’ve booked this part of our stays longer!

Annie was a lovely and helpful host and communicated with other us from the time of booking until we left. The house was spotless and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen utensils and equipment. Linen smelled fresh and clean - a home from home feeling. Very happy to recommend to family and friends. We ate at the local pub which Annie recommended. Again, the staff were friendly and there were several gluten free options available. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Annie
