The home is equipped with canoes & kayaks to launch from the backyard, and bikes to enjoy the 40+ miles of paved and mountain bike trails. Come home to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the river view, hang out and fish from the river bank, lie out back in a couple hammocks, or fire up the grill. This home is a great vacation getaway for couples, families, & friends!

Close to popular Crumps Landing Restaurant. The Riverside Marina is nearby to launch your boat. There is ample parking for a boat trailer. Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

With less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Inverness, you can easily visit our amazing local restaurants and shops. For the boaters, the main boat ramp on Lake Henderson is a 2 minute drive! Enjoy the dock that has room to park up to 2 large boats, and offers great fishing even if you don't own a boat! The Withlacoochee State Trail is only a half mile away, with sidewalk access all the way!

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard.
