I am the “River Rock Cabin". I sit atop the banks of the Betsie River, a few miles from Crystal Mountain. Some of my features are my kitchen, wood floors and log furniture. My unique finishes include my stair rail, my fish, and my river rock kitchen back splash hence my name. If you stay with me, I have 4 beds, cable tv and Wi-Fi. My outdoor amenities include a fire pit, patio, picnic table, chairs and a grill. You can access the river from my doorstep, however, please do this at your own risk.

Cabin for rent on Mickey Lake, which connects to Long Lake, via a channel. It is a quiet, NO WAKE lake. Hear the loons? The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Log cabin hand built by my dad in the early 70’s (my mom helped too!). Live like the Brady Bunch with authentic orange kitchen counters, with modern updates like a cozy gas stove, great knives and cookware, and high-quality linens. Private and fenced with deck and fire pit. Cabin is central to the Manistee National Forest, a short jaunt up to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Crystal Mountain, and the North Country Trail is just down the road. Ask me about fishing charters!

Located one mile from the Interlochen Center for the Arts, this cute cabin is furnished with everything you need for your visit. Three bedrooms plus one futon in the living room which folds out into bed, 2 full bathrooms, wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and delightful front porch. 25 minute drive to Traverse City. 30-40 minutes to a dozen Lake Michigan beaches.
