A traditional mariner's cottage, situated 50 metres from the Quay in the heart of Appledore, close to several popular pubs and restaurants. The cottage has been fully modernised and combines traditional character with modern facilities. We are very happy to provide any information on the cottage, so feel free to message me with any questions. Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore.
