great place w lots of space for everyone. ac blew cold except when power was out - however, communication w Patti was stellar sooo much stuff to do you don't even need to leave the house. we had a very peaceful and relaxing time. ty so much for the wonderful place and hospitality

Very, very clean and well stocked. Cintia had a welcome basket waiting for us that contained several types of breakfast cereals and bottles of water. Our questions were answered promptly before we arrived and everything was accurately described. Wonderful host from whom we would rent again!

Excellent stay for the weekend. Close to all the wineries and attractions. Good music at the wineries. Friendly people in Augusta , MO.

The house was as described and the perfect place to stay with our crew of 7 adults and 10 kids. The kids enjoyed the outside space and exploring the different bunk rooms.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. My kids enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The house was quiet and yet not too far from where we needed to be. Will definitely come back if in the area.

I cannot say enough about the host and his beautiful home. We were hosting family for our daughter's wedding and the house that we rented was an absolute disaster! We immediately started looking for a different place to stay and found this property but the listing said the host would respond within 24 hours. We were in a panic but the host reached out to us immediately and saved our entire weekend! I am nothing but grateful to our host. He was so nice and empathetic to our situation. He was in touch and answered our calls/texts immediately. The house is so beautiful and spotless. It slept all 16 of us with no problem. The surroundings were amazing. There is so much to do! If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely stay here again!

We looked for a place to have thanksgiving just us and our parents. It looked peaceful and quiet in the description and it was just that. It was beautiful. Loved that it felt homey and comfy and the view was great. Loved having the fireplace. Didn’t have to provide anything and it was perfect. Lovely private community with lots of wildlife.

The home is in a beautiful location right off the lake with lots of extra amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, fireplace, hot tub, the outdoor shower (that actually had hot water!) and exploring the area around the cabin. We found the kitchen well stocked with good pots and pans and the beds were comfortable. Outside of the home - Innsbrook itself has trails, horses, a pool and multiple small lakes. We found the historic log cabin that our kids enjoyed exploring and had lunch at Long Row Lavender, which was delicious.

The cabin is very comfortable, peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the coffee bar.

We had a lovely stay at Innsbrook. The space was light and airy. The furnishings were cool and comfortable. Innsbrook seems like a really neat little resort community. Given more time, there would be plenty to do without leaving the grounds. Jeffrey was responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy.

We wanted to go somewhere for Labor Day weekend that was close to St. Louis but truly felt like a vacation. Trying to please and entertain 2 teens is always a challenge, but this place was amazing! My teens loved the paddle boards, lily pad, and fishing. My husband and I used the canoe and kayak. My daughter and I put one of the puzzles together. My daughter also enjoyed the swing and hammock. We also had fun playing pickleball. We ate at the Clubhouse Bar and Grille one night, and the food and service were both very good. My husband enjoyed the firepit. Next time our kids plan on taking friends since there are so many beds. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Perfect stay! This was our first time to Innsbrook but definitely won't be our last.

Beautiful little cabin set back in a very private setting. Made for a perfect end of summer getaway

This was the perfect gateway for my family to all come together. Only one bedroom is upstairs plus the loft beds and the other two rooms are on the main floor. This was good because the stairs are steep and narrow, not ideal for older pets or elders. The kitchen lacked sufficient lighting unless it was really sunny outside but there was plenty of counter space and a big table for dinning and playing games. Overall a great space with all essentials!

I had a great stay and would return. Very comfortable and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen. The condo is easy to find and drive to (unlike some other places I’ve stayed at Innsbrook). Peaceful and quiet with a lovely view of the lake. I enjoyed several deer sightings from the balcony.

We loved our getaway at this home. It was probably the cleanest and most thoughtfully stocked airbnb we stayed in, even down to liners for the crockpot! There were a lot of extra pillows and warm, fluffy blankets available. There is ample outdoor space for hanging out; we loved the deck and the screened in porch. We wanted to be in a place where we could just chill out and this fit the bill! A few things to note when choosing this location (NOT complaints, just things I wish I would have known): -there is not a water view (I kinda knew this but was hoping we could get to a water view, but instructions listed that everything surrounding was private property and I didn't want to trespass) -the steps to the loft area are VERY steep and the railing is fairly open; I was thankful I had teenagers, not younger kiddos -the mattresses are very firm

We had a great weekend here. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully put together. It was also dog friendly, which made things so much easier for us. The hosts were kind, responsive, and shared great suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in the area. We were especially touched by the welcome gift of local wine and coffee. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd absolutely come back.

This place was amazing. Beautiful lake with your own dock that points to the rising sun. Hot tub was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and very large. Wild life everywhere! From deer in the yard to otters in the pond. Side note about innsbrook... it is a gated community and has its own golf course and more lakes and waterfalls than you can count. Its beauty is indescribable. I cant wait to go back asap.

We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we are staying in the area!
