The house Gruobi is a more than 400 year old original Bernese Oberland wooden house. The original wood firing with the step oven contributes a lot to the coziness. Right in front of the house begins the pristine nature; hiking trails and in winter opportunities for snowshoeing. The region offers many excursion destinations such as the Aares Gorge, the imposing area around Rosenlaui and the Ballenberg open-air museum. The valley station of the Hasliberg cable cars is 15 minutes away by car.
