The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

At Eugenia's house, it was like feeling at home! We had a really good time! Embracing the nature of the island, 10 steps from the sea. A 4-minute drive to the beautiful village of Capoliveri (with all the useful services). Eugenia is kind, helpful and super responsive! Highly recommended!

The apartment is centrally located in Capoliveri. You are immediately in the middle of the life of the village on foot with many good restaurants and shops. The apartment on the 2nd floor is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Despite the central location, it is nice and quiet and especially on the terrace you can really enjoy the vacation. Katarina is very friendly and helpful, communication is fast and informative. I can only recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful week in Pareti. The house is peaceful and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The small private garden adds a lovely touch to the overall experience. Given the location, having a car is ideal. However, we also brought our bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the incredible biking trails. Marta was always quick and friendly in responding to my inquiries, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We spent a week in the flat : completely worth it. Calm, away from the city and close to the beach, we really enjoyed our holidays. The terrace on top on the house was charming, the view was breathtaking. Great communication with the host too ! I highly recommend this Airbnb.
