Stand-alone guest cottage of about 20 sqm with fully equipped kitchen in addition to oven and dishwasher. Large sofa bed with room for two people and the option to choose for a crib or an air mattress at no extra charge. The house has a large porch with lake view and is located about 3 minutes walk from shallow sandy beach and beautiful forest land right next door. Next to the beach there is a boat dock with sailboat depth and guest space. There is a barbecue and two bikes available to be used at no extra charge.

The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lush garden. In the house there is 1 double bed, small table with chairs, TV, fridge, coffee maker & toilet with sink, but no shower. Shower and washing machine are available in the main house in the basement with private entrance if desired. Baby cot if needed. Bed linens, towels & cleaning included.

Our rustic guesthouse is right by the water and a sandy beach. One of the bedrooms overlooks the water. One extra bedroom is without a window. You will like our place because of the beautiful location, the garden and that it is has a homely feel . A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim
