Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Indian Rocks Beach

Had a great stay. The unit was as advertised and in a great location w easy access to the beach and places to eat. Great value for the money as well. I do also want to mention that the communication was fantastic. I’ve stayed at places where basic info, like check-in, came in the very last minute. Kristin was always ahead of everything and provided great info before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend.

Our host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They have beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. Highly recommend it to family or group of 7-8 looking for a peaceful beach escape."

Great place to stay, I would recommend to any small family or couple looking to enjoy the gulf coast and all it has to offer. The unit is comfortable and well taken care of. 10 out of 10!

This was our second stay in the same unit and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is clean, well furnished, and comfy. The location is fantastic (great beach access) and the pool is great fun with the kids. Mike and Alex are great hosts- very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We are so glad that we found this spot! We look forward to visiting again!

I stayed for a month and it was perfect for my dog and I. Big back yard, not fenced but plenty of room for your dog to roam. I work remotely and the desk with a desk chair was perfect. Jeremy was super responsive when I had an issue with the front door lock and I appreciated the quick resolution and follow up! Would recommend!

Gulf Breeze Inn #4 was perfect for our mini vacation. Just steps from an uncrowded section of Indian Rocks Beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Coffee was provided in the well stocked kitchen. Location is great. Walked to a different restaurant every night and enjoyed sunsets on the beach. Betty was responsive and accomodating, a great host. We will be back!

Long before we arrived, the experience was already excellent. He is a responsive, clear communicator and accommodating where he can be. He made sure we were provided a golf cart as in the description even though the one there was out of commission. This was orchestrated before our arrival so we never went a day without. He had a big list of restaurants for us and was readily available anytime we needed. The house was immaculate. The dipping pool is perfect to cool off when not at the beach. Large, well stocked kitchen. This was our peaceful sanctuary after a long day out and about. We took advantage of restaurants and putt-putt near by. Very walkable location to the beach/places to grab food and drinks. The house and location were perfect for our multifamily vacation! There are plenty of beautiful houses at the beach, but your host can make or break an experience. We are very thankful we booked with Kurt and Sandra. We’re grateful they shared their space with us and hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

What a lovely location and beautiful home! Excellent experience from the start, phenomenal communication, great value, and a wonderful getaway for us all. Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. We had a great stay at this house. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Everything was perfect, except for one small issue: the beach was not really within walking distance—it was technically walkable, but in that heat, it felt a bit far. Still, we had so much fun and we’re already thinking about coming back again!

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Grace was very responsive and helpful. Her house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There was a wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach, and the beach was walkable, so we were able to take them to the beach and back. There were pool toys available in the outside container as well. She also provided us with sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, etc. It was the perfect relaxing weekend.

Caleb’s place was perfect for our short stay! The beds and couch were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our favorite part was the golf cart, we took several rides through the neighborhoods and to restaurants. Overall great stay!

Deborah is a fantastic host, always replies. Condo is immaculate, everything we needed was there, including chairs and a brolly for the beach. The Chateaux condos are in a lovely area that’s not too far from most places, we took Ubers to anywhere that wasn’t walkable, like Johns Pass. Great place for families and older generations. If you want a bit more hustle and bustle, try St Pete’s. Have stayed at The Chateaux condos a number of times. Best sunsets ever and will always remain our special place.There is still a little damage to the entrance to the beach from the hurricane, but it’s still easy access. We made sure that we went to all the local businesses to support them as some have not long re opened since the hurricane. Fantastic condo, fantastic host! Great tips on the best restaurants and places to visit and where the nearest supermarkets were if needed. Will definitely be a repeat booking with this host.

Kelley was an amazing host. The amenities were exactly what my husband and I needed. Everything is 10 minutes away or less for driving, and the beach is just a 30 second walk out the door. Kelley was responsive the entire time. Will absolutely be coming back if it’s available to book again!

This beachfront rental is absolutely amazing! It’s hard to imagine finding a place any closer to the sand. Almost every room, including the kitchen, bathroom, two patios, even one of the parking spots have breathtaking ocean views. Beach access couldn’t be easier…just down the stairs and you’re on the sand. The closet stocked with beach toys and chairs is a wonderful bonus, making beach days effortless. Don’t miss the fantastic French bakery Voilà-Merci across the street; it was a treat every morning. Highly recommend this unbeatable location for a truly relaxing beach getaway!

You cannot beat this location! The sunsets on the deck were incredible. Ben's well appointed home had everything we needed and then some. The condo is situated in a quieter section of the beach; so there were not nearly as many people scrambling for a spot in the sand. Access from the street is easy and the area is safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent, convenient, satisfying stay on the Gulf of Mexico!

Dana was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The condo was perfect for our family Memorial Day vacation. The beach was only steps away and the grandchildren really enjoyed the nighttime swims. We have already booked our Memorial Day 2026 vacation at Dana’s condo. We are excited to return.

Everything in listing was as described. the beach was right there and not having to worry about umbrellas, chairs, coolers etc was fantastic. we had a great stay and would love to go back. our section of beach was not crowded.

I can not say enough good things about this condo. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and great views from the balcony. The waterpark passes were amazing with my 2 year old niece and even fun for us adults because they have a nice tiki bar with great drinks. This location is PERFECT. Indian rock beach truly is a hidden gem. The beach and CVS are a 2min walk. There are so many restaurants within walking distance between 2-5mins. All the ones I went to the food was excellent. We went to Clearwater once and were so happy we did not stay there because of how commercialized it is. I 100% recommend this property! I will be back!!
