Family-friendly vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk to beach. Nice, clean and worn swimming pool. Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. All needed for beach life. Fully equipped convenient kitchen.

Excellent beach place! Very spacious and quiet and clean! Easy access to the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Host has everything you would need for a great beach getaway!! Fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and beach toys. Even equipped with beach towels. Great location for a little quiet but close to many restaurants and bars. While a staycation for us since my own beach home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, this was a perfect place to feel right at home.

Beautiful place! Perfect for a family vacation! The water park was awesome, just be mindful of going around holidays because it does get a bit packed. Otherwise the condo itself was great, will definitely book again.

This was our 2nd stay. Great as was the last time. It’s an easy stroll to the ocean and plenary of room for us to stretch out once we get back from any of the nearby activities.

My stay at Stephanie's property was very pleasant. I never had to call her. Everything at her property is excellent. The house is spectacular, the pool was GREAT!!!, and the fire pit was the best. I have no hesitation in recommending her property. Thank you, Stephanie!

I loved the apartment very well equipped for everything you need to cook. The apartment has an amazing view, location is great, close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I loved it!

My family absolutely loved Daria’s place. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach. Amazing restaurants close by. Everything we needed was right there. There was more than enough room for us. Comfy beds and everything was super clean. The added beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for our days by the beach. We will definitely be back!

The perfect place for a family beach vacation - we could not have asked for more! Ewa’s condo at Barefoot Beach Resort was spotless, well appointed and perfect for our family beach vacation. Her kitchen was stocked, she had every beach accessory imaginable and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Ewa was a great host and we cannot wait to go back!

A great location in Indian Shores and walkable to the restaurants/shops along Gulf Boulevard. A few steps to the beach and the unit includes beach equipment for use. This is our 2nd stay here and we will be back.

Wow, what an incredible place! This Airbnb was perfect - amazing location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants, wonderful views and amenities - just overall so convenient. It was beyond helpful that Brent provides things like wagons, beach umbrellas and chairs, and more. Brent was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our time in Indian Rocks Beach and can't wait to come back!

We had a great time with our 3 young children. Everything we needed was there- chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon. Bliss was very accessible and responsive to all texts. The location of the condo, right on the beach, was so convinient which isn’t always the case when traveling with kids. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We will definitely be back if we ever have the opportunity again.

A perfect weekend by the Gulf! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with my family and our two dogs. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach, with a stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony where we enjoyed every meal while listening to the waves. The apartment was fully equipped for a beach getaway: chairs, umbrellas, even a cart to carry everything easily. That attention to detail made a big difference. On Saturday night, we grilled at the BBQ area, which was also clean and ready to use. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well thought out. Tom, the host, was very responsive and the whole process was smooth and easy. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time staying here. I caught myself saying that every time I’m in town, I’d try to stay here. Waking up and sitting by the dock with some coffee was pretty great. The guys working the office and the water sports were very nice also. Definitely recommend staying here for small groups!

I had an amazing stay at Leslie’s place in Indian Shores, FL. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures, and everything we could possibly need for a beach vacation was already provided. Leslie was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect - right by the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Andres place was just as described. Really perfect location, easy beach and pool access. Walk to restaurants, icecream, and bars. Walk to pickleball every morning! Bedrooms were set a part so privacy was good. Roomy outside seating area with partial views of the ocean. Providing beach chairs, umbrella, and towels was super helpful. Very quiet complex- no loud neighbors. We had a great stay and will be back!

We had our family of 7 there for a week. The place was lovely, and Dania was very responsive to any questions we asked. Since we flew, I loved that there were beach chairs available for all of us to sit in. The condo big and clean and had everything we needed. If we come back to Indian Rocks we will definitely stay again.

Great location right on the beach. Second floor unit - can climb 2 flights of stairs or use the elevator. Walkable area to coffee, restaurants, ice cream. Very clean unit. Updated bathrooms, and unit is more updated than in photos. We had kids ages 2 and 4 with us, and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, small cooler, etc. which was nice not to have to pack or buy. Lots of kitchenware which helped with cooking/kids as well.

Vickie was a great host. Responsive and kind. Her place was beautiful. Right on the beach, with a big balcony. Her place was spacious and plenty big for my family of four. The unit had an amazing pool- clean, with plenty of seats/ tables. You don’t find a more beautiful beach than this one. Stunning, with white soft sand. The area offered a ton of restaurants, ice cream shops, and activities. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Vickie!!

A perfect space for a weekend getaway! Home was well taken care of and direct shot to the beach! We celebrated my wife’s birthday and had a few friends over and spent the day at the beach and it was perfect! Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing!! We booked this condo last minute for a weekend stay. The place is absolutely beautiful!! Very spacious and a great location. The detail that was put into this beachfront home makes it feel so comfortable and inviting. So many nooks and crannies available to view the ocean while relaxing with family / friends. We definitely want to book this home again sometime in the future ~ we would love to stay longer than a weekend!! One of my favorite places so far out multiple vacation trips to this area. A+ stay for sure!!
