Monthly Rentals in Indian River Lagoon

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

The Airbnb was clean, peaceful, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas. We were grateful for the support and accommodations during a stressful military move.

We loved staying at Beth’s apartment, it was light and airy which made it feel very spacious. Spotlessly clean all through and a very comfy bed. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and plenty of pots and pans etc which made it super easy to cook at home. The sofa in the lounge had lots of cushions and throws enabling a cosy night in and a lovely touch was a vase of fresh flowers to greet us. Check in was very straightforward and Beth a very communicative and friendly host. Great location to walk into downtown Melbourne or the waterfront. Beth gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and drink. Would not hesitate to recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

we had such a great stay with Betsy! there wasn't much that she wasn't willing to accommodate for-- we definitely made the right choice staying with her, making our trip very stress-free :)
