This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen , private bathroom, living room, private bedroom & outdoor fire pit. This accommodation sleeps 4, w/ Direct TV, HBO & Wifi.

Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
