Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Incisa in Val d'Arno

It wasn't a vacation home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozily furnished and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance, but if you need something, Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a peaceful haven in the middle of beautiful nature, with a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, luggage and kindness!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. Everything you need is in the accommodation and there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling on vacation from the beginning. You can explore Tuscany very well from here and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is simply perfect.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. 5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We loved the Tuscany area and John & Christine’s place. There was a lot of room in the home and it had a great view of a vineyard and a little town. Christine gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We went to one of the restaurants and it was very good and had a beautiful view.

We came back to Michele’s place after having visited for 2 weeks in 2019. My dream was to return one day and find our home away from home once again. So here in May 2025 we were able to return to Nicoletta’s beautiful garden full of roses and herbs. The pool is definitely a bonus. Michele takes such care of this home….you can see how much love and commitment he has for this place. There are nearby villages such as Barbarino Val D’elsa and Tignano a short drive away. as well as San Gimignano and Siena, 30 minutes away. A wonderful experience, every time!

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I will keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

We absolutely loved it here. It was a beautiful, private location. The lodging itself was wonderful and looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely book an olive oil tasting as well! FYI The location is a bit remote, and a car is a must.

Fantastic house, with attention to detail. Convenient to reach from the highway. Laura and Fulvio welcomed us as if we were at home, providing everything we needed to stay without any needs. What a magical, unforgettable place to stay! The home is the perfect size for two, and we felt right at home. It’s very clean with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and cooking appliances. We really enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing and having breakfast on the patio before making excursions to Siena, Florence, Poppi, or nearby Rufina. The neighbor’s cats also greeted us home when we returned (very lovingly!). Would absolutely love to stay again!

Perched above the valley with breathtaking views, surrounded by pure nature. It’s very private and incredibly peaceful, with no noise at all – just birds and the rustling of the trees. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and the fresh breakfast delivered each morning was a real highlight. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Matteo was very friendly and helpful. The castle is a Tuscan jewel and there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Parking was easy to use but if you have a soft top car bring something to cover it as there are lots of cats. (Matteo’s sister kindly provided us with a blanket). The little courtyard was just perfect to eat outside and the kitchen well equipped. Thank you Matteo.
