Cozy apartment, next to "Boboli" for book and music lovers

Discover the enormous cultural offerings contained in this cozy environment: art, music, and history books, musical instruments, paintings, and prints. All in an extremely welcoming atmosphere. It will be your refuge for moments of intense emotions. The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator, of a new building. It is very bright, consists of a spacious entrance with a built-in wardrobe, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. In the living room there is a comfortable double bed that can be converted into a sofa and an armchair bed. The apartment is functionally and elegantly furnished, as shown in the attached photographs. Guests who love music and reading are offered a rich selection of books of different types (including tourist guides and art books), vinyl records and CDs of classical, jazz, and "light" music. The apartment is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hairdryer, kettle and vacuum cleaner. Equipped with air conditioning, heating and condominium hot water, it has a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a large TV and a vinyl record and CD player. Guests can use the entire apartment without restrictions. On my part, my friend Jan and other trusted people will be very helpful to make your stay in Florence as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located near the Boboli Gardens, which can be crossed on foot until you reach Palazzo Pitti, near Ponte Vecchio. In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores, wine bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Just outside the house is the stop for bus nos. 36/37 to Santa Maria Novella Station and the city center. At the beginning of Via Romana there is another stop with several buses including the n.11 that goes to the center. Also in Piazza di Porta Romana there is both a taxi rank and a "very direct" bus stop to Siena. The tourist tax, requested by the Municipality of Florence, of 2.50 euros per person per night (for a maximum of seven nights, excluding children under 12 years of age) is included in the price of the apartment. The price of the apartment as already specified, includes the initial linen for the house, towels and sheets. For check-in after 8:00 p.m., there is an extra charge of 10 euros upon arrival and 15 euros after 10:00 p.m. As for personal documents, identity card or passport, required by the Florence Police Headquarters, it is preferable to send the data (document number, place and date of issue and expiration) by email upon acceptance of your reservation. Of course, you will also need to send your names, places of residence, and dates of birth for everyone who will be staying. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in case of special needs Before departure, please throw away all garbage (the bins for separate collection are near the apartment), turn off the air conditioning or heating, close all windows and leave the keys on the entrance shelf. Professional services of the Residenza D'Epoca: professional cleaning service, privacy, CCTV in the building, towels and sheets sanitized at 180°C. The space is unique for its high and decorated ceilings and large windows. The owners have enriched this environment with excellent amenities to give maximum comfort to those who come for work (the WiFi, despite being a historic building, is perfect) and maximum practicality and elegance to those traveling with family (parquet, anti-noise curtains and privacy). All spaces of the apartment are private. Welcome communication via Airbnb chat, email, phone, text, WhatsApp The Via de' Conti area is very elegant and with excellent shops, restaurants, spas and trendy bars. It is located in the heart of downtown Florence: the Duomo and the train station are within walking distance. From Via dei Conti it is very easy to walk to any of the city's major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. But also Fortezza and other destinations are easy to reach, even with bags. Fast trains are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip to Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses / trams are also available just around the corner
