Paola was a great host and helped with all our enquiries. Paola helped us check-in and provided helpful suggestions on places to visit. The rooms exceeded our expectations were really big, and the bathrooms were great. The only issue was in the downstairs bedroom there was a lot of noisy in the night from the street, however, as we were staying on a Friday and Saturday night this may be expected. Ear plugs were kindly provided! Overall a great place to stay if visiting Bologna.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Stefania and Stefanos were extremely nice and friendly hosts! They welcomed us very nicely and showed us the accommodation. The place is totally cute, small and cozy, the garden and the surroundings outside are spacious and beautiful! We would definitely come again:)

This place was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Bologna. Everything was walkable and there are so many things nearby. Even a great coffee shop right below the apartment. Fiorella’s recommendations were amazing! The restaurants she recommended could not have been better! We enjoyed her place so much and was great to have a place to relax. Would highly recommmend staying here. Also, checking in and out was super flexible. Fiorella was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Perfect apartment with a great host. Giorgio responds super fast and was extremely helpful before, and on arrival. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need. And it was pleasant even while it was more than 35 degrees outside. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would love to stay here again when visiting Florence.

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

A charming and very cleverly put together attic apartment, that manages to get a full kitchen, two private bedrooms, a patio and a luxuriously large tub into an otherwise tiny space. Just around the corner from a walking avenue full of good restaurants, cute shops and a charming canal. Less than 20 minutes from anything at all you want to walk to in Bologna. Yes, there are low ceilings in the corners - watch your head! But the only possible “heads up” needed for this lovely place is that the elevator only goes from the second floor to the 5th, and this apartment is on the 6th, so be prepared to carry bags 2 floors up - to the elevator and then beyond its final stop. It’s totally manageable, and worth it!, just not something I understood beforehand. Now you know!

"Charming Jewel" is squeaky clean and centrally located within easy walking distance of popular historical sites, as well as high-end shopping. It is tastefully furnished and includes lovely kitchen supplies and ample towels. My favorite aspect of "Charming Jewel" is the tall and expansive windows. In terms of communication, Riccardo is efficient and attentive. "Charming Jewel" is the peaceful, luxurious retreat I will now recommend to fellow Firenze travelers and where I'll stay when I return!

Anna Rita's place was even more beautiful than the pictures and in a great location. Anna Rita's sister, Lucia met us when we arrived. She gave us a tour, explaining how everything works. The space was large and welcoming. The outside terrace was especially beautiful and a peaceful place to unwind. The upstairs master suite was extraordinary. It was comfortable, quiet, spacious and had a balcony overlooking the terrace. The only downside was that the downstairs bedroom could get quite loud due to the adjacent restaurant on the other side of the wall. Our host was always very responsive. We will definitely return!

An absolute 5 star Airbnb. Carlo was such a kind host who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place is such a spacious Airbnb and truly felt like a home away from home. In a busy city, his place is so quiet and was a great respite from the noise. The AC was fantastic and extremely helpful for the heat when we were there. Do not hesitate to book if Carlo’s place is available!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!
