A view of the beautiful Alpsee that is truly impressive. Immenstadt is about 2 km (1.2 miles) away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants in its historic old town, including Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes away on foot. In both summer and winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.

Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Welcome to the southern city in Germany! The apartment with a combined living and sleeping room offers space for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

The train station, numerous restaurants and the marketplace, where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays, are within 3 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is also ideal as a starting point for hiking, excursions & Christmas markets in the region. The longest toboggan run, the Alpsee-Coaster and the beautiful Alpsee are only 6 km away right at your doorstep. ATTENTION: Tourist tax and FVB are not included in the price

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

The dreamy new top floor apartment with mountain view is the perfect place for vacation. The light-flooded, sunny and very spacious apartment offers plenty of space for a family or friends. The spacious dining area is also perfect for social evenings. The parking lot is directly at the house.
