Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ilsanseo-gu

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

The most important thing was that the bedding and the cleanliness of the accommodation were really good. I lived for three days, and there was no discomfort at all. All the tableware was well prepared, and the bathroom was very well organized. I plan to use it again next time I have a business trip nearby. I had a good rest. I'm leaving.

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

Joomee instructed us to meet her at the subway exit 7 which is closest to her place. The only problem is that there is no elevator at exit 7. The only elevator is at the exit 4. She and a nice young man helped us with the luggage. Her place is about 5 minutes straight forward walk from the subway station. Her place is a walking distance away from Gyeogbokgung Palace (a must see attraction in Seoul). A big supermarket is in the basement and open from 9am to 10pm daily. Many restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Her place is super convenient. Bus stops to other attractions and Incheon International airport are even closer than the subway station. Her place is on the 7th floor with a beautiful mountain view. The studio apartment works well for two of us. It maybe a little crowded for 4 adults. We love the two side by side tables and 4 chairs. Beds are comfortable. We spent 4 good nights in her place.

Tori is very friendly!If you come to Gaoyang to see a concert or music festival, you must choose this Airbnb. I gave her feedback about hygiene problems in the middle of the night😭 and she replied immediately. She also sent me delicious chocolates ~ The home is very cozy and clean! Everything is complete!The floor mat is very comfortable!Much better💖 than the last host I met!Dispel stereotypes about Airbnb hosts.There are many restaurants nearby, and a few steps around the corner is a CU.Kintex is across the street.Take the bus (it seems possible) to the stadium. This award-winning hanok is calm and cozy while also being very beautiful inside. The host was kind and responsive, and provided enough Nespresso for our stay and high-quality bath products. It is on a hill which can be challenging if you have mobility problems, but you can always get a taxi to take you to your door. The AC works very well if needed. It is lovely and minimal, and we enjoyed it very much.

Such a beautiful hanok stay– peaceful, full of charm, and very well cared for. The host was kind and attentive, and the location made it easy to explore the area with great cafes and the New Balance and Adidas heritage stores right outside. I chatted with my friends all night in a pleasant environment. I liked that the owner's taste matched ours. Morning tea in a bright living room It was really nice. I was impressed by the incense and water purifier that caught the smell in the moment. If the smell of the bathhouse sewer was a flaw, it was a flaw. It must have been because of the high expectations for a really clean bathroom. It was resolved by turning the fan. I live in Ilsan, but if my friend comes, I will come again. It's a clean and charmingly decorated accommodation. The transportation was good, and it was located in a quiet neighborhood, so I had a good rest.

This home was magic. There were fresh flowers, beautiful decorations. It was very comfortable and clean, perfect for our stay in Seoul. The location is fantastic. Zuhui sent me the address in Korean script, so it was very easy to get a taxi to drop us off. This home had a very relaxing vibe tō it.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had a fun time:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. This is a place I want to visit again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy
