Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gyeonggi Province

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

The apartment was on the 21st floor and had a beautiful view of Seoul station. The sounds of the trains did mildly come through but it did not bother us too much. The air conditioning could be a little loud at times but it worked well. Other than that, this apartment was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

We absolutely loved this place, great location, bus stop downstairs, on the 1st floor you will find a convenience store, 2 cafes, 1 olive young. The building has a gym, massage chairs, and under path that connects you with Seoul Station. The apartment has everything that you need, well illuminated, separate dinning area, washer and dryer, tv (no netflix), by request you can get bigger towels.

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

I really liked everything from one to ten. I want to come again in the winter. I was so impressed that I thought the interior was so carefully decorated. The towels didn't smell and the bedding was so nice. Thank you!❤️

It's by far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was really nice. At the same time, I was grateful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to inquiries. It snowed, and he did a thorough job of clearing the snow beforehand. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. On our trip to Seoul, we sought out a traditional Hanok guesthouse, as it’s a rare opportunity for our dog to travel from China to Korea. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such an exceptional guesthouse! The house and courtyard are designed with exquisite taste, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The space is spotlessly clean, offering utmost comfort, and everything feels just right! The host and property manager are warm, welcoming, and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to everyone!

Clean and well-maintained accommodation. The bugs I was worried about were small flying bugs or spiders as small as dust. It wasn't a big deal. Places like the footbath outside may be affected by bugs, but I didn't do the footbath. The location is good, and the biggest advantage is that you can park. Cooking is not allowed, but delivery is free, and there is good consideration for tableware, etc. LG's water purifier is also neatly maintained, so clean water is a big advantage.

The entrance was under construction, so it was narrow, but other than that, it was a perfect accommodation that I couldn't find any shortcomings.

Hello, my friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Hanok in Seoul! The home was sleek, peaceful, and such a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially enjoyed winding down at night with the projector and Netflix. Thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay!

Two families and two dogs had a good time. It was a pity that it rained and I couldn't play in the yard, but I had a good time listening to L.P. I saw that you cared about every single item inside. The plants are also pretty and beautiful! It was nice to be able to barbecue on the terrace on the first floor even if it rained☺️. Warm water came out well, and it was a generally satisfactory accommodation. However, as it is a wooden house, soundproofing is not good. It is recommended if you are not sensitive to noise.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had a fun time:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. This is a place I want to visit again next time!

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
