This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. Spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn leaves, winter snow, this is the best accommodation for all seasons. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. Guests can independently use the first floor of the two-story house and the garden. The owner's house lives on the second floor and the entrance is separated to the entrance for a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a tranquil rest time. Everyone loves it, but especially the male groups in their 20s to 60s are really into it. I know that the accommodations don't like it when you go as a group. Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. There was so much space... (20 people from a board game club stayed.) There is an additional charge per person if there are more than 4 people. Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (private use) Space 1/Space 2 Each has a bedroom (10 pyeong × 2) on the second floor. This is a warm ondol room. Beam Project Karaoke facilities are available. We have opened it as a home for many people to experience a furniture showroom and private space that is also our family's vacation home. We have carefully prepared for those who come to Suwon to come to our accommodation and stay for a day without any inconvenience. ... Hwisunjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the wide sky and mountains. Why not take a break from the daily grind of looking straight ahead and taking a break by looking a little further and higher? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and the small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the space is filled with devotion, handmade by father and son. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)
