There are plenty of good pubs to eat within walking distance. The accommodation has separate access and a front garden with garden furniture. Ilkley Spa town is only 5 minute drive away, with amazing walks on the famous Ilkley moor. Dogs welcome, and there is parking outside the property.

It’s the perfect place to base yourself to explore the stunning beauty & interesting stuff the region has to offer. Situated on Dales highway / Millenium Way footpath so fantastic walks are on your doorstep 👍🏻

Situated at the foot of Ilkley Moor, unique moorland flora/fauna/wildlife habitat and site of Bronze Age carved rocks, including the Swastika Stone, & two of Simon Armitage's stanza stones. To the north, the stunning skyline of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, historic Beamsley Beacon and the Dales Way walking route. Ilkley, Silsden & Addingham villages close by, or stroll along the river Wharfe to Bolton Abbey & Strid Woods.

Cosy cottage in Addingham, local pubs and amenities close at hand. Bolton Abbey within the Yorkshire Dales National Park is less than 3 miles away; as well as the neighbouring spa town of Ilkley. Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

Sat on greenbelt land adjoining both Baildon and Ilkley Moors, the cottage is set in 12 acres of private grazing land with scenic walks, local pubs and Baildon village on its doorstep. Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.
