highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

Otimo atendimento, previligiada location near the beach and the center, top apartment with a great structure, all 100%, just positive points, I recommend.

The stay was excellent. Near the beach. Half a block walking and I was already at the sea. Quiet place. Family atmosphere. All rooms are spacious. Elevator. Garage and comfort. Don't get too close or bump into people inside the accommodation. I recommend it. I'll stay again if possible.

Jaqueline was very welcoming and friendly, quiet place and a perfect beach for walks and night races, very cozy house, simply perfect stay.

Jorge and Ana Otimos Hosts! the town took us by boat to the beach and Tb offered kayak and stand up for us to use. And we end the stay with a delicious siri soup!!! a loved one we love it and will definitely be back

The apartment is perfect! Well organized, functional, well-equipped kitchen and the size is surprising! The highlight is the view!!! We almost feel our feet in the sand while sitting on the balcony. The location is great because it has services very close by, such as a market, pharmacy, ice cream shop... and at the same time it is a calm beach, with plenty of space for walking, contemplation and for those who enjoy tranquility. Communication with Maurina was always very good and agile, she is a great host. I highly recommend this stay!

We love the place. It deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Well located, next to the beach, very beautiful and tidy house.

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises over the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and crabs, it was a very cool experience to fish as a family and prepare what we caught for the meal. In the back there is a beautiful tree with a swing, a bench in the shade and a dock, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie who love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing overlooking the pond, which you could see them playing even while we prepared meals. At night, lamps add an even more special charm to the scenery and allow you to continue enjoying it. Well-equipped kitchen and other amenities serve the stay very well. We had very precious moments in this house, with beautiful and very happy days as a family. The host was very attentive and helpful in all matters.

Jair is super good people, the house is complete, extremely clean and well positioned. São Chico is super safe and the people very polite. The beaches are beautiful and on the side of the house we have a quick access to 3 of them. Anyway, I recommend the house, the city, the Jair, the beaches, the people... it was a trip top!!!

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Note: there was even a mime on the arrival we loved... thank you for everything!

Henrique was extremely dear to us during the visit. We had a small issue with the refrigerator after a few hours in the stay, and he promptly left us with a spare freezer and the next day he took a new refrigerator. It helped us with recommendations for places to eat and super proactive with everything we asked him. The house is beautiful! Super spacious and fits 2 cars quietly

Great stay. Very well equipped and cozy apartment, there was nothing missing. And the condominium is great. The co-host's reception was very good, and communication with Mr. Fabiano was quick and effective, and he is undoubtedly a very kind and accessible person.

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The location is excellent, half a block from the most beautiful beach in Sao Francisco, the apartment is very complete and comfortable for 4 people or a couple and 2 children. The only disadvantage is that the single beds were very uncomfortable, expired mattresses... the double bed on the other hand was very comfortable. The only thing to improve, otherwise a 10.
