My family and I loved the house, very nice and the place is super quiet, Pablo was super receptive, he even left us a treat and still allowed us to check out late!!! we will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful location, very quiet, and with options in the house for every taste. The days we spent hosting were great, with no unforeseen events and everything went very well. The host was helpful whenever we needed it and I highly recommend this place.

These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

House on the sand as described; easy access and great location. Grocery stores, pharmacies and a bakery in the neighborhood, within a 300-meter radius.

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

The stay was very good, very quiet and the apartment had a great infrastructure. Great location and close to market, pharmacy, bakery. Liana very requests and proactive, very concerned with the adaptation and the period we stayed in.

I highly recommend this apartment I felt at home. Apartment and wonderful building. I lost a bit with the access app because I'm not very attached to technology, but it's very , very simple to use, I'm very inattentive about it. Débora is very attentive. I loved the place, the location; by the way, it is very quiet to walk to the center; nearby has a supermarket that I like very much, as well as a place to eat. But honestly, I didn't want to leave the apartment, as it is very nice and cozy. When I go to Joinville again, I will do my best to stay in this apartment again. 🥰

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

My stay was excellent. The beach, with direct access through the house is excellent, calm, sea water in good temperature and little movement, even in this season, leaving all our days there with an air of peace and quiet. The house is spacious, well structured and clean. All linen and towels were clean and smelling. Even the networks were clean and smelling! The huge, quiet terrain for parking. We went with our dog and she enjoyed it a lot as well. It has two markets very close by, which makes it very easy. Danilo was always very kind and responded quickly. We had no problem in the stay. We were welcomed by Renata, very dear and attentive as well. Care of the house is noted because even everyday things like utensils, pans, tablecloths were all new. I recommended it. If possible, I will return for sure.
