Vacation rentals with a patio in Ilha de São Francisco do Sul

Cozy place, comfortable beds, fully equipped. Beautiful view. Great parking space. For those who had a baby, it was wonderful, elevator, apartment all clean and organized. The host went through everything in detail, we didn't need to bother her because everything was fine. Corresponded with the listing.

Excellent Airbnb, Guilherme responds quickly and I had a very flexible check-in. The location is close to a supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. The place has everything, it's like a cozy house that has everything a person needs. Congratulations on hosting and I definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Joinville.

Excellent accommodations, good quality bed and bath linens, all in good taste, excellent beds and the hostess is very organized and attentive. The difficulties are the location in a town like Joinville where everything is very spread out and we did not want to ride with our car also due to the difficulty of parking in the city, in addition to the lack of commerce nearby. But if the guest wants to get around by car or hasn't gone by plane, it's perfect.

I highly recommend it!!! Beautiful and cozy place, I felt at home, super attentive host! They recommended good beaches, good places for walking, restaurants, markets, fish shops..! I will return as soon as possible!

It's a great apartment. The building itself deserves to be highlighted, very well structured, including a self-service minimarket that helps a lot. The flat is cozy and has the necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is very good, in a place whose traffic is not bad, but without being far from the center. The talks with the hosts were excellent, they always responded to us very quickly. The only important and not essentially positive record is that the parking lot is on the land crossing the street of the apartment building, and it is covered by gravel. So when it rains, we need umbrellas. And when we have bags, you can't pull, you have to carry it.

Jorge and Ana Otimos Hosts! the town took us by boat to the beach and Tb offered kayak and stand up for us to use. And we end the stay with a delicious siri soup!!! a loved one we love it and will definitely be back

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

Helpful, friendly and kind hosts. Extremely clean accommodation, with all the utensils we need. Everything as advertised and better than expected. Amamos!!!

Excellent cost-benefit

My family, including my dog, and I were warmly welcomed at Santiago's space. The house matches the photos in the listing, is well equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. Santiago responded to my messages quickly and kindly let us check in early. The neighborhood is quiet, suitable for those looking to rest. I recommend going by car to see the surroundings and the other side of the bay, crossing by ferry.

MA-RA-VI-LHO-SO! We spent excellent days with plenty of space and very well accommodated. The place is beautiful and emanates peace and quiet . André, the host, is very attentive and Mr Ivo and D. My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.

The property is in an excellent location. Despite a bedroom with a beautiful Queen bed, it quietly accommodates five guests, as it has a double sofa bed and a single armchair, both very comfortable. A large kitchen with all essential utensils for preparing meals. The whole property was well cared for and clean. I recommend with emphasis!
