Guillaume apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. He is very friendly and responsive. The location is only a 20-minute walk to the train station (you can take the tram too) and it is in a peaceful area with nice walking/running paths.

A very roomy and well appointed apartment in a great location. It felt more like a lived-in family home than a holiday rental, which made it very special. Within easy walking distance of attractions, shops, restaurants and bars, tram and bus stops and the River Loire The property concierge service worked very well and our contact Richard was excellent at both check in and check out The only minor improvement we would propose is to offer hand towels for the 2 bathrooms and maybe some more bath towels Highly recommended

We had a great time during the holiday season at Thomas and Marie's, very beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated and spacious for two couples with children and teenagers. Not far from the city center and easy access by bus, excellent communication with the hosts. We warmly recommend

We had a lovely stay at this house. Johnny was very friendly and attentive. The house is large, very well maintained and perfectly equipped.

Very nice large house with large garden and many amenities! We were very well received and were able to check in exactly at the time we arrived. The house and garden exceeded our expectations, because these were much larger than in the photos and there was, for example, a trampoline, ping-pong table and barbecue. There was also a chicken that we had not counted on but this was not a problem at all. Furthermore, the house is close to Nantes and an hour's drive from a nice beach. All in all, we had a very nice stay!

Large accommodation, easy to access. Impeccable bed and bath linens provided. We met our children there for a lovely weekend, it was perfect. The small courtyard is an undeniable plus.

What a gift it was to stay in Benoit’s beautiful home and have the opportunity to meet him. Such a great guy. The home is so peaceful, comfortable and well-stocked. Although groceries, a bakery and a lunch takeout restaurant were only a block away, the house felt very private and quiet. The back yard is so green and lush, it really gives you a sense of being in the country. Benoit gave us so much helpful information and answered any questions immediately. We will definitely return and highly recommend this lovely home.

Fantastic week at the home of Jean Pierre and Charlotte. You will have everything you need and more and the pics do not do the house justice. 2 doubles have their own toilet and bathroom and another double the same. Then upstairs is another double and 2 singles, again with bathroom. Loads of room for socialising and having a pool and beautiful garden a bonus!! Thank you Jean Pierre and Charlotte for letting us use your home. We will be back!

We are traveling as a couple to do the Vélodyssée from Roscoff to Hendaye. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the canal. It's large with all amenities. We had a great night. In addition, we were able to park our bikes safely. Everything was as expected and the host was very responsive and friendly.
