Very good location, the apartment is in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area of southern Nantes. You will have amenities within walking distance, direct access to the city center in 10 minutes via line 4 (100 m from the apartment) and access to the Nantes ring road via the Porte des Sorinières in 1 minute by car. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet residence with free parking space. You will have at your disposal: kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.
