La Suite ha un ingresso privato che porta direttamente al piano superiore della colonica, permettendo la massima privacy agli ospiti. La colonica è parte di un piccolo vecchio borgo abitato da 4 unità familiari molto discreti e simpatici. La superficie della suite è di 90 mq ed è composta da tinello con angolo cottura, ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una mansarda abitabile (particolare la porticina di dimensioni 1,2 mt) con 3 letti singoli. Ambiente molto luminoso e immerso nella completa tranquillità della campagna è dotato di aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, wifi free 24 ore. I proprietari mettono a disposizione la zona lavanderia. parcheggio privato scoperto. i proprietari lieti di accogliere i loro ospiti, si mettono a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problemi. Il piccolo borgo è abitato da altre tre famiglie molto gentile e discrete, pronte ad aiutare l'ospite. Tavarnelle dista km 25 da Firenze, 15 da San Gimignano, 35 da Siena. - A breve saranno visibile le immagini dell'esterno, piscina, giardino e oliveta attrezzata. Chiediamo cortesemente di attendere. La struttura ricettiva è distante dal centro di Tavarnelle km. 5 circa. il centro storico è dotato di tutti i servizi x il cittadino ed il turista : poste, polizia, comune, pronto soccorso, supermercato, trattorie, pizzerie, banche ecc. Inoltre nel periodo estivo si susseguono vari eventi musicali piccoli mercati artigianali infine si svolge, tutti i giovedì mattina, il classico mercato comunale. Our house is a part of a stone farmhouse completely independent from the rest of the adjacent property. Arranged on three floors, on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with window. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (2 +2 beds) with a bathroom with window. In the basement, at garden level, there is the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen you access the outside where you will find an area for outdoor dining with a large dining table under a pergola. You then go down towards the garden with barbecue area.
