Fantastic views and privacy. We enjoyed the garden for breakfast, pool and evening wine. Nice bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. Plenty of space for the 4 of us.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. We had a fantastic stay in Lucignano. The place was beautiful and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Giacomo was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host, and communication throughout was excellent. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is stunning — a beautiful town nestled in the Tuscan hills, and a great central spot for exploring the region. Parking was very easy to find and extremely convenient. The flat was well stocked, and it was a real bonus to have air conditioning in the summer heat. The TV was nice and big, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. All in all, a brilliant stay — highly recommend!! 😊

Sometimes you’re lucky to find a great place, and other times a great host—but with this villa, we hit the jackpot and got both. From the moment we booked, Francesco was in touch and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday in our group, organizing flowers, balloons, and a cake for the occasion. He welcomed us in person with a fresh pizza, a fantastic bottle of wine, and garden picked plums. Every morning, he delivered the best pastries we had in Italy and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries. Villa Tonacato, a charming residence, itself is a private, beautifully maintained property with modern updates, including a well-equipped kitchen, stylish bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities. It’s about a 10–12 minute drive from the charming town of Monte San Savino, which has a lively restaurant scene worth exploring. We had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Can’t recommend this enough. Beautiful and unique accommodations in a picturesque setting. Leonie and Nico and their family are wonderful, and make you feel like part of a local family in Tuscany. We will definitely be back one day.

We stayed here with our two young adult daughters. The home and the views are just magical! The home was well stocked and provided everything we needed. It very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are stunning and well kept! Only a 15 minute drive to the town of Pienza which had some of the best local restaurants. The pool was very nice to enjoy on a hot summer day with a glass of Rose in hand. We we would stay here again in a heartbeat! You will not be disappointed!
