Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

We have just returned from our Italian vacation and would like to say a few kind words about our wonderful host Pietro. Pietro is a very friendly and warm person – thanks to him we never felt like strangers. He gave us a lot of helpful information even before we had to ask. We loved the products from his garden and took fresh fruits and vegetables and olive oil from his own cultivation with us when we left. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be greeted by the beautiful olive trees in the courtyard – simply fantastic! We sincerely hope to see you again one day. We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. Everything was perfect: the house was really beautiful and very clean, very comfortable and relaxing, with the wonderful veranda and garden, close to the sea and very quiet. Aloka was very welcoming and enthusiastic when she welcomed me and also recommended the best beaches. Thank you!! Highly recommended!!! I look forward to returning and staying a few more days.

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and views are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept so well away from home in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. Only a nice salad bowl and a toaster were missing. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Tuscany. The famous white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village on site at the bakery and in the corner store or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher shop in the village. You sit idyllically on the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, and the interior masonry makes it really evocative. There is a large free parking lot nearby, so it is very easy to reach the apartment on foot. Simone and Monica were super helpful and kind, always responsive. Definitely recommended!

We felt completely comfortable in Villa Maiano. Manon and Ron make you feel at home and share their own home with their guests. The room was clean, modern and thoughtfully furnished. Everything we needed was there. The complex is beautiful, it smells like flowers, the view is great and there are beautiful seating areas everywhere. We were there for mobile work and it worked out well. The Wi-Fi via satellite was sometimes a bit unstable. Alternatively, 5G network (provider-dependent) is also available in some places and you can also connect to it.
