La casa può ospitare fino a 6 adulti e sarà a vostro uso esclusivo con il grande giardino recintato. Al piano terra, grande cucina e ampio salone oltre a lavanderia ed un bagno. Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.
