Commiezenhuis

This Commiezen house (customs office/earlier BORDER/TAX CONTROL Office) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30 min.) are also easily accessible. Public transportation - bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

Studio Driehuis"

Cozy studio in the center of the village of Driehuis, between IJmuiden and Santpoort, our studio is located with many opportunities for cycling to the beach, sea, and dunes. Bicycles are available. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. The studio has its own entrance.

Studio Anna: forest/dunes/sea/Haarlem/Amsterdam

Studio "Anna bij de Buren" a lovely place in the dunes between Amsterdam and Bloemendaal aan Zee. Close to the forest, dunes, beach and sea where you can walk and bike, nearby you can enjoy the cozy shopping streets of Santpoort-Noord and Bloemendaal, the ruins of Brederode, estate Dune and Kruidberg and sauna Ridderrode. Within cycling distance of the wonderful shopping city of Haarlem and within walking distance of NS station Santpoort-Zuid, from where you are in the heart of Amsterdam in less than 25 minutes.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

Deze knusse Tiny House ligt dicht bij Amsterdam, Haarlem, de duinen, het strand en de Noordzee. Het Tiny House bevat een zitje, tweepersoons bed, keukentje en een aparte badkamer. Ook beschikt het over een zonnig privé terrasje met een zitje. Er zijn twee basic fietsen die tijdens het verblijf als extra service gebruikt kunnen worden. In de Badkamer zijn handdoeken, föhn, zeep en shampoo aanwezig. In de keuken vindt u een NESPRESSO, waterkoker, koelkast, een combi-oven en 2-pits kookplaat.

Here you enter a unique ecologically furnished accommodation. The accommodation has its own terrace with a table that can be extended to a dining table. There is a kitchenette with its own fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, dishes and cutlery. Within a five-minute walk, you can imagine yourself in the inner dune, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by bike. By train, you can quickly reach Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. There may be room to place a crib.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.
