Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Iglesias

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

A short stay expess but everything was perfect, the owner is really very welcoming he gave us lots of good tips for a great holiday. Everything was prepared with care and the accommodation is tastefully decorated. We hope to be back soon.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

The house matches the description, the rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, it's easy to find parking in front of the apartment. You can walk to the center of Iglesias in 15 minutes, and the nearest restaurant and supermarket in 5 minutes. Stefania and her husband are very helpful and responsive when needed, plus they were very welcoming, arriving late in the evening they brought us Sardinian bread with cold cuts and fruit, in case we were hungry! Stefano and Anna were very welcoming hosts and all the tips were very helpful. The apartment matches the photos exactly, very quiet and very well-equipped. The air conditioning in the main room and the bedroom was very nice. The apartment is in a very good location, central and at the foot of restaurants! I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Antonello's was absolutely perfect! The apartment is conveniently located, nestled in a typical and peaceful alley, offering an authentic setting while being in close proximity to restaurants and must-see sites of the city. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. This is a real safe bet for anyone who wants to experience Cagliari in the best conditions. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

clean apartment at the perfect location!

Simone's place is very lovely, it's located near the city centre. There are lots of bars and restaurant nearby, but it's still a quiet area. The apartment is very clean and it's how it looks in the pictures. Simone is very friendly and has a lot of recommendations to give. He even prepared beach towels for us. Our stay was perfect, would book this place again definitely. :)

We had a wonderful week staying here. The house was a dream, beautiful garden, several sitting areas, we could always have breakfast outside. The private pool was an absolute highlight :) the house is modern and very lovingly furnished, we felt right at home. Carla is a very nice person and an excellent host, super sweet, very helpful, available at any time, was available to us at all times, and in addition to restaurant tips, arranged us a special table in an excellent restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday party. I would absolutely recommend this place and definitely come back again :)

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great location for visiting the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

Modern furnished apartment in a small house a few meters from the center of Iglesias. Parking in front of the house is not possible, but a free parking space is nearby. On the first floor only one window, on the upper floor large skylights, partly electrically controlled. Two bathrooms, whereby the ceiling height on the upper floor does not allow an upright shower. However, the shower on the first floor is sufficient. The kitchen and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In 5 minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, the church square can be reached after 2 minutes. In the thick of it instead of just there. Overall a good location with beautiful surroundings. It should be noted that the identity card must be submitted as a digital copy in advance. The only point to criticize, in the entrance it smelled subliminally strange. Cause unclear.

I can only fully recommend La Casetta di Anna. Often the photos don't match reality... well, in this case the accommodation is much more beautiful than it looks in the photos! Cozy cottage, perfectly air-conditioned, equipped with everything you need and don't need, very clean in every way. Although it is a "house" you can move around very well, the spaces are not at all restricted. Perfect accommodation... not to mention Sabina. Very sweet owner, available to agree on a check-in time, attentive to guests and to ensure maximum services. We were really happy with everything. This house is a love... I don't know how else to describe it!

Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We stayed three nights in this wonderful studio and had an excellent experience. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, a comfy bed, a television, and a fully stocked bathroom where we could even do a bit of laundry during our stay. One little thing to add; as we are both over 1.85m tall, the shower was a bit small for us. One of the biggest highlights was the location—set in a calm, peaceful area at the top of the city, yet just a short walk or elevator ride away from the lively center with plenty of great food options. While there’s no dedicated parking at the house, we had no trouble dropping off our luggage first and then finding a spot just outside the Castello. To top it all off, Vincenzo, the host, was incredibly helpful—he gave us clear directions to the closest parking areas and shared lots of useful tips and information about the city. Overall, a very pleasant and practical place to stay—quiet, comfortable, and ideally located!
