Vacation rentals with breakfast in Iglesias

I found exactly what I was looking for. The house is truly fantastic, a lot of care for the guest with even unexpected gifts from the host I haven't found such a relaxing place in a while. Really recommended. Thanks again.

We had a great stay at Debora and Ruggio's in Elmas. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in, as we arrived at night. The property is easily accessible by train from the airport. Check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished. We were particularly enthusiastic about the breakfast kitchen: Even though there is no cooking facility, it was excellently equipped. There was a wide selection of snacks, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, water and (lactose-free) milk. A capsule machine with coffee, tea, microwave and a fridge with freezer were also available – all clean and fully equipped. The bathroom was, like the rest of the accommodation, freshly renovated and tastefully designed. Train station, restaurants and a supermarket are within minutes walking distance. Many thanks to Debora and Ruggio – we would come back anytime!

Beautifully furnished cottage with small but cool garden. Easily enter through the lockbox. We were welcomed with all kinds of products such as water, pasta, basic necessities for the kitchen, etc. Tof were also the many tips about the area. You can both take long walks nearby, visit mines, and discover the beautiful coast. In October, a number of museums and restaurants are already closed.

I must thank Jenni and Marco once again for their courtesy, availability and kindness that made us feel completely at home. The property is in a strategic location, close to wonderful coastal stretches and at the same time secluded, to enjoy the splendid silences that Sardinia can offer. We have no hesitation in recommending the host and home. The only problem for us is that the vacation ended so quickly. But we'll be back!

The accommodation is as described in the photos, it is very well-equipped for spending several days there. Perfectly located in the area and in Iglesias to go to the city center on foot while being in a quiet area. Street parking is always easy. Valentina is a great host, always available and with good advice. Breakfast is very hearty and it's perfect!

No issues at all! we were there for just one night, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for recommending Ristorante L’Ulivo in Gonnosfanadiga! The food was amazing, and it was great that the restaurant was within walking distance of the Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make the stay excellent. He waited for us with pastries, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc... this shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always answered any questions or requests we made to him on the spot. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the outdoor shower was perfect for bathing comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and access with suitcases on an uneven path of slabs was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood's fault and not Ludovica's. Thank you very much for everything!!

This is a gem of an Airbnb! Matteo was so proactive and helpful, giving us a wonderful guide to check in and local recommendations. If we had any questions he was so quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the sights of Cagliari but not too close that you’re in the middle of town. We will definitely come back to Cagliari and will stay here again, thank you Matteo!!

Excellent Airbnb, fully equipped and very well located, Francesco is a nice and communicative person, I highly recommend it.

Alberto was amazing. He was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations in the area. The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from a parking lot if you drove and very short walk to old town with all the restaurants and shops. We were on a family holiday trip and the choice of the apartment offered by Patriza and Filippo turned out to be extremely happy. The place is ideal for families with children - walking 15 minutes from the beautiful beach and scenic hills, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus to the city. We are very grateful for the excellent furnishings of the apartment - everything was to have a nice time and sunbathing. When we arrived, Filippo greeted us at the entrance - very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was visible every step of the way - thank you for the great fitting of the fridge with fruit, drinks, and biscuits - it was very nice. We emphasize very good contact - Patrizia responded to every inquiry in a short time and helped when we had questions. Thank you also for your help on the last day - it was very beautiful when traveling with a 2-year-old toddler. Thank you very much. We recommend to everyone - Patrizia and Filippo are the best hosts in Cagliari.

We spent 2 weeks in Marco's home, the apartment is impeccable, very well located and in a quiet and respectful residence. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marco and Simona are available, responsive and understanding! When we arrived we were more than 2 hours late because of our flight, which made us arrive at 10 p.m. and despite this they waited for us without holding it against us! Thank you for hosting us, we loved our stay in Sardinia ☀️

Super new apartment, equipped with all amenities and in a very nice building: nice view of the sea and the flaming park. Easy to get around also by public transport, convenient for bike rental. Strategic location. For the sea even on foot (1km). Apartment in preparation: Sunrise is very kind and well willing to accommodate all our requests.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Claudio welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal for access to many activities and tours. We highly recommend it!

Due to renovation of the two booked hotel rooms, we got an apartment with two separate bedrooms. Stefano (Ilaria's brother) welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is well equipped and has great beds. The bathroom is dated but has great plumbing. The cozy village square of Pula with excellent restaurants is close by.
