We spent several days with my partner and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. From the time of booking, they contact you to arrange the key exchange. Alberto and his family are very friendly and helpful. They are aware of all the details so that you can have a great vacation. Regarding the accommodation, it has everything they offer and more. The place is spacious, bright and they deliver it to you impeccable. In the bathroom and kitchen you have everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. An important detail is the terrace that left us speechless!! It's much larger than it looks in the photos, it has a covered area with a large table where we ate almost every day and an uncovered area to take advantage of day and night. You can park on the street without a problem and it is a nice area for walking. Good connections to visit different beaches. We'll be back!!

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Marco’s accommodation is amazing! It is located steps from the beach and plenty of local bars. You are also a short bus ride away from Cagliari city center. This is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia.

Delicious stay, too short, spent in Anna's apartment which allowed us to discover, on foot, this beautiful and endearing city that is Cagliari. Anna is just as much. With incredible hospitality, she is full of attention to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With it, the lockbox is not required. She takes the time to welcome her guests personally, in her apartment, which is full of her past and rich in traditional objects. It's a relationship that is created, an exchange that is established, a sharing that is realized. Thank you Anna for giving our Sardinian journey a special flavor that will not leave us, until our next visit, we hope.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

The place was clean and had everything you needed. The beaches (Porto Pino, Porto Pineddu, etc.) can be reached quickly. I also liked the quiet location very much.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

Flavio and his partner are welcoming and lovely. Their rental is pleasant with a well-kept garden and a nice terrace. Very good stay for us.

Andrea's house is in a strategic position to enjoy both the seafront and the many clubs and the upper part of the village with its beautiful and characteristic streets. Andrea, in addition to being super helpful, recommended places and beaches to visit and great places to relax with a good aperitif. She proved to be a great host. Too bad we didn't have more time for an aperitif together. Magnificent experience, Sant'Antioco and Carloforte absolutely to be toured and visited.

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

We needed an overnight stay in Cagliari at short notice and came to Piermario. A very nice place with a very friendly landlord. If there were six stars, he would have deserved it.
