Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

Herrlicher Blick von Terrasse und Wohnraum/Küche (Glastüren, die ganze Panorama sichtbar machen). Wir hatten im April kaltes Wetter und konnten auch drinnen am Tisch essend den herrlichen Blick genießen. Ohne Auto vielleicht etwas schwierig, weil der hoch gelegene Ort Steilküste und keinen eigenen Strand hat. Toll für Ausflüge in die schöne und interessante Umgebung.

Wir hatten eine großartige, entspannte Zeit in Cinzia‘s wundervoll hergerichteter Unterkunft. Sowohl die Bilder als auch die Beschreibung lassen einige großartige Details aus bzw. werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, mit Liebe eingerichtet (eine schöne Mischung aus alt und modern), ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (sehr performantes WLAN, aktuelle TVs, die problemlos zum Streamen angesteuert werden können, Bluetooth-Boxen, moderne Klimaanlage, alle nötigen Küchengeräte und -Maschinen). An allen Fenstern befinden sich sowohl Fliegengitter als auch sehr dicht einstellbare Fensterläden. Highlight ist die oft erwähnte und gezeigte Dachterrasse, von der aus man stundenlang auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel schauen kann. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort und könnte auch dauerhaft bewohnt sein - wir würden einziehen. Der Kontakt mit Cinzia war zu jeder Zeit aktiv möglich und sie war uns eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’appartement de Renata et Roberto est très beau, proche de la mer et très bien équipé. L‘endroit est très calme et le jardin ainsi que les extérieurs sont très agréables. Renata et Roberto sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Siamo spesso in Giro per airbnb ma è raro trovare un posto cosi ' bello e decorato con TANTO amore nel minimo dettaglio!!!! 💕 La zona è FANTASTICA e abbiamo potuto Godere di tramonti mozzafiato!!!! Darvi 5 stelle è troppo poco!!!! Grazie e torniamo SICURAMENTE 🤗 🤗

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. abbiamo preso l' alloggio di Ivan per andare ad un concerto nella miniera di Serbariu ed era davvero a due passi , con pista ciclabile illuminata di notte .Ivan è stato subito disponibile e gentile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie , la casa è molto carina, molto pulita e ordinata .

Gute Lage der Unterkunft sehr zentral am oberen Teil der Stadt. Fußläufig kann man alles erreichen. Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen Gasse, daher gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer Fenster, erwartet also keine schöne Aussicht. Für einen kurzen Trip um die Stadt zu erkunden ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Längere Aufenthalte würde ich auf Grund der Lage und Fehlenden Fenster im Bad nicht empfehlen.

It is a very good place to stay in this part of Sardinia. And as the flat is in the basement, even in hot days it is pleasant enough, we did not need to use air-condition. The flat is quite big and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very nice and helpful with their tips. I would be happy to return there and see some other parts of the beautiful island.

This is a great place to stay, we had a car rented for our stay, I wouldn’t recommend booking this place without a car, if you do have one, you will have a great time, the pool was lovely, a little quiet beach literally yards away, surrounded by other little beautiful beaches, and also has two other larger beaches on either side. 10 minutes drive from a lovely little town Teullada with nice cafes and places to eat. Federico’s place itself was lovely, a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful landscape, the sea and coasts surrounding. A conveniently equipped kitchen, coffee for us in the mornings, tv’s with access to apps, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. If i had the power of hindsight i would have chosen this place again. Federico as a host was excellent and made sure we had all the information we needed, his response time was almost immediate to any questions we had. He also provided info on local events, a latin festival with food, drinks, and entertainment. 5 stars!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön designed. Franco, der Mitarbeiter der uns in Empfang genommen hat, war wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere quello che si prova nel vedere i tramonti, Carmen è una persona genuina e gentile ti fa' sentire in famiglia è bello conoscere persone come lei.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
