You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

Satisfied, a clean accommodation and as described, close to the beach and the cat bus station and restaurants and supermarket. In the historical center and reach by bus in about 25 minutes. If you want quiet it's perfect, I recommend.

Extraordinary location and very clean house, we had a great time.

The only problem was finding the apartment right away, as the access is internal and the number is not immediately visible from the street, so I would suggest putting up a sign or other more visible communication of the number. Valentina is super friendly and precise, the house is tidy and with all the comforts, too bad for stairs without an elevator. Wonderful location, we never used the car because the sea is a 2-minute walk away and there is nightlife in the area with a promenade and summer attractions. Easily reachable with a few minutes' drive also overseas and acquafan or Rimini while the aquarium can be reached on foot. Great experience, thank you.

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

Accommodation faithful to the photos: very clean, well-equipped, 50 m from a private beach. The only thing missing is a table and two chairs on the terrace. We would recommend this listing.

Sweet, easy amd nice place

The apartment is nice and big. We were also able to make good use of the balcony after we received a table for it within a few minutes of our request. With its own beach section, it's really great to swim on site. We were totally happy.

From the first moment we were greeted with a rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel right at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, good food, and a warm welcome.

Enrico is an exceptional host! He contacted me in advance to make sure the trip was going well and, upon arrival, he was there waiting for me. He showed me the apartment carefully and immediately made himself available for anything I needed. During the stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕
