Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Set in a lovely village, Appledore. This place is a great nights stay for anyone looking for a trip to Rye, Gusbourne vineyard or Port Lympe reserve. The studio is exactly per the pictures, very clean and the host was friendly. There is a small shop, coffee shop and pub all within a minutes walk. Would recommend this for a night away. Comfortable bed and good shower.

A serene view of sandy dunes is framed by tufts of tall green grass, leading to a vast beach. Soft pastel colors fill the sky as the sun rises or sets, casting a warm glow over the tranquil landscape and distant coastline.

Lovely little place to stay, in a quiet tucked away spot. Ideally located for exploring Rye, just a short walk from the historic town centre. Spotlessly clean, well equipped & comfortable. Lesley is a excellent host with great communication.

Coldharbour Cottage on a farm with fabulous views

StephenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fantastic stay at Coldharbour Cottage. It’s full of character, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean – every detail had been thought through. The views are stunning, and the peaceful setting made for such a relaxing trip. We loved exploring nearby Rye with its cobbled streets, antique shops and cafés, and picked up some fresh local food to cook back at the cottage. It’s also perfectly located for visiting nearby National Trust sites. We stayed with our 18-month-old son and it was brilliant for him – outdoor toys, a slide, and kids’ books made it feel really family-friendly. Andrew, the owner, also kindly took us to see the chickens and collect eggs, which was such a treat! Cooking on the Aga was great fun, and we loved reading all about the cottage’s fascinating history. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to return!

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.

A cozy living space features a modern log burner, with warm flames flickering inside. Soft textures, such as a fur throw and a cushioned chair, create comfort. A small vase holding fresh flowers sits nearby, while a stack of books offers a casual touch.

The Outbuilding Appledore

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I really loved my short stay at The Outbuilding. It’s beautifully decorated, the space is so well curated and an interior dream (just my cup of tea!) and overall the space has been really thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Amy was lovely and super friendly, as was Jago (the most beautiful floof who just wanted to hang out!). I loved that my little dog was so welcomed and having use of the garden was so appreciated. I felt very comfortable there. Rye is a 10min drive, Camber just 17mins and the little tea room in Appledore does a great sausage sandwich (and just a few paces away). Really nice and friendly staff there. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!
