An absolute joy. Away from society and with a stunning view. Villa had everything you would want to have in your house. Small gestures such as water, washing pods were additional touches. Host is great and friendly. Im planning to go back next year

It's a peaceful place near Akmak river. Boat river trips, Feed ducks and have nice coffee tea beside River. Good for couples and small families. Also buy fresh fish to cook. Great area to relax.

Zevkli ve güzel planlanmış bir ev. Manzarası muhteşem. Hem bahçede havuz kenarından, hem zemin kat yatak odalarından, hem de üst kattaki salon ve terastan aynı muhteşem manzaraya sahipsiniz. Ev gayet temiz, eşyalar ise bakımlı idi. Ev sahibesi Damla Hanım ve yardımcısı Günay Bey her ikisi de gayet ilgili idiler. Kaldığımız süre boyunca hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Gayet keyifli bir konaklama idi.

This is a perfect place to stay, if you're traveling by car. We only stayed for a couple of days, but I can definitely say that the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. And of course, many thanks to Kardelen for always being ready to help!

Idylisch, Natur pur und alles was man benötigt! Das Meer, Zentrum von Marmaris(ein Katzensprung) und die gesammte Marmaris Umgebung kann mit dem PKW zwischen 60-90 Minuten erkundet bzw. erreicht werden. Auch bei 40Grad Temperatur ist diese Ortschaft und die Wohnung erstaunlich frisch und angenehm. Klima haben wir nicht ein Tag beansprucht. Für die Stadt Datca (ca. 2 Stunden/einfach) sollte man von hier aus einen ganzen Tag bzw. 2 Tage einplanen. Soweit alles Top ;)

Очень уютная, чистая квартира, все новое. Тихая территория, милый балкон где можно завтрак и ужинать в окружении тишины и зелени. Хозяин быстро реагировал на все просьбы и некоторые возникшие ситуации решались очень быстро. Мы довольны! Рекомендуем.

Beautiful location near the beach, new premises, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and help with all our requests. Local shop is in 15 minute walking distance and beach is 3 minutes. Has been a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a nature escape.

Gayat hoş ve temiz bir yer

Very big and clean apartment only 5 minutes away from the beach. Everything was good, the only negative part was that the water in the shower didn't drain properly and the water leaked on the floor. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Cagri is a friendly host. The place is i the middle of everything hence Akyaka is small enough to walk you through everywhere u might need. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the clear stars. Fine and comfortable stay. Thank u mate 🤙🏻

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Merhaba, Apart daire konaklama deneyimini ilk kez deneyimlemenize karşılık yaptığımız seçim bizi çok mutlu etti.Hem konum hem temizlik açısından oldukça memnun kaldık.Denize yakınlık, çam ormanlarının kokusu çok güzeldi.evin temiz olması bizi kendi evimizdeymiş gibi mutlu etti. ev sahiplerinin yaklaşımından ayrıca memnun kaldık.Sadece market birazcık uzaktı.Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğimiz bir yerdir. Çok tatlı aile işletmesi olan bir yer bahçe ve havuz çok güzeldi. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde yürüyerek 2 dakikada çok harika plajlara ulaşım sağlanıyor. Tatilimizi uzatarak farklı bir odaya geçiş yaptık Ali Kaan Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer :)
