Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

My place is close to the town center of Wasseralfingen. A bakery, butcher, supermarket and bank are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-kept 3-family house and offers about 85 square meters to feel good. The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

For a weekend with our 16-month-old son, we chose Roland's accommodation. Everything was perfect. Roland and his wife had provided baby equipment for our son (changing table, high chair, books and toys) and we were able to enjoy the beautiful shady and flowery garden. An extremely kind couple, always available and responsive. A place we highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Sylvia's house with our children ( 2 3/4 years and 8 months) and our dog felt very comfortable. Great amenities for children (everyday and toys), Sylvia has thought of everything and exceeded our expectations. Also perfectly equipped for a longer stay. The garden is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced. A huge carport allowed us to accommodate the stroller well. In the carport, there is also plenty of space for a larger car/roof box. From the cottage, you are virtually directly in the fields. We lacked nothing and we will be happy to come back. Highly recommended!
