Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
