Vacation rentals with a patio in Huntingdon

What a beautiful place to stay, quiet and peaceful location. The apartment has everything you needed even milk to make a much needed cup of tea after a long day on the road. Ruth was so attentive and helpful suggesting visiting the local mill also saying we could arrive and check in a little earlier. Great access for local towns and villages. Visiting area to attend a party but checked out Jordan’s Mill which was a delight with a fantastic restaurant attached.

The apartment was spotless and, as it was available, we were able to have an early check in. It was a 30 min walk into the main town but we enjoyed the walk & used a taxi when we were tired after a full day. A perfect stay.

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

We were looking for a location close to Hitchin in order to visit family. This smart, neat, comfortable and well laid out and welcoming flat more than met our needs. We were visiting by local train on this occasion and so had no need of parking facilities, however Julie kindly allowed our son to use this facility to park when he dropped us off or collected us, over our weekend stay. We have stayed in Hitchin quite a few times previously and the flat is within walking distance to the town centre and Hitchin's local amenities and shopping. The tea, coffee and milk were very much appreciated too on our arrival and thank you Julie for your helpful and clear instructions. and your swift contact. A lovely flat which added to a nice weekend.

Ok, so James's place is immaculate, new, purpose-designed, tasteful, spacious (for a studio). This is exactly what an Airbnb should be. Everything is thought through, and yet it is quite minimal, which is just right. It's on the owners premises, but you don't notice that. It has it's own separate building. If I had to quibble it would be churlish - It's so smart it made me want to leave it perfectly behind me. Found myself cleaning up more than I would. :-). Fulbourn has really nice walks and a big recreation ground for exercise. Nice woods a short walk/jog away. Short of good food in the village. One pub shut down and another rather 'deep fried food' style. There's a third I have yet to try. (Next time). Price is a little on the high side for a studio, but as I chose it instead of the more expensive and awful Holiday Inn Express, I'm quite satisfied with the price too. It is Cambridge after all. I'll be back very soon, if he'll have me.

Had a lovely stay at Rachel's place, felt right at home. Beautifully decorated, loved everything about it. My little one loved the parks just outside. Friendly neighbourhood and a great Chinese takeaway on the corner. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the annexe. The landscaped garden was beautiful. So peaceful and tranquil. Would have been rude not to open a bottle of wine and relax in this lovely setting. Veronica and Ben were great hosts and made sure our stay was perfect. If you are visiting the Rutland Water area then this place will not disappoint

Great place to stay. We fitted a mini and fiat 500 on the drive (just!). The street was quiet and nice local walks to the shops if required, or the lake. Playground nearby too. There were 2 double rooms and 2 twins rooms.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It was perfect for a friend's reunion, huge living room space and great outdoor area. James was very responsive, the house was clean and lots of helpful utensils and cooking apparatus. We all would love to stay again, thank you so much!

We all slept very soundly while at Karen’s place. There was very little traffic noise and The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the house. Less than a five minute drive into St.Ives market town.

Beautiful home looking out on to nothing but fields and greenery. Hannah was super helpful and responsive, making the stay relaxing and stress-free. Didn’t want to leave!

This is my second stay here, and is one of my favourite places too! I love the pet visits and such beautiful views. I loved the birthday decorations too thank you Jackie!

Perfect base to explore this lovely town and surrounding area - quirky and comfortable and matched the listing. Our host, Lindsay, provided a well-stocked fridge with breakfast goodies and was keen to ensure we were as comfortable as possible during the heatwave by installing a very welcome tower fan. Highly recommended.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

It’s a good choice for living in Uppingham, I spent a pleasant time here!

We had a lovely stay in this quiet little flat. It is in the heart of Cambridge easy walking distance to the shops and colleges but very peaceful at night.

A friend had already used Stephen's lodge when visiting me in a nearby Village. So I didn't hesitate booking my parents a nights stay here when they came to visit. Stephen is excellent at staying in touch before hand, & arranges a little welcome package of bread, milk etc & even contacts you beforehand to find out guests preferences (nice touch!) Really lovely setting, clean & tidy with everything needed for an overnights stay. Beautifully kept garden for my parents to sit outside, on a little patio enjoying a wine or two, looking out onto a peaceful setting. Wouldn't hesitate to book again for friends & family when they come to visit us!

We had a lovely time at Andrea's lovely apartment! Communication was brilliant and we were sent really useful information and recommendations ahead of our arrival for a smooth check-in and stay. The apartment was great and full of thoughtful items like ice in the freezer and biscuits in the kitchen! Thanks, Andrea! 😊

What can I say, the cottage was fabulous. The welcome basket and fridge was overflowing with items for us to use, also there was the hot chocolate maker which had the ceramic cups and 4 bags of the hot chocolate mix to make lots of delicious hot chocolate. Everywhere you looked there was something else which had been left for you. In the bathroom, there is a basket with all sorts of little things (just in case you forgot to pack them) ie make up removing cloths, toothpaste etc. The bed I could have taken home with us, it was so comfy with gorgeous bed linen and soft towels in the bathroom. We only stopped three nights and wished we had booked it for a full week. (But there is always next time) We had meals at the Grainstore Brewery and also the early bird menu at Sarpech, both meals again were fab. Sue is great to speak to, and was very pleased we liked the cottage so much. Thanks for being great hosts x
