Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

A perfect home from home on the east coast. The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The aptly named Snug feels cosy and the perfect place to settle down after a day out adventuring. We were struck by the central location within the village of Hunmanby, making all amenities less than a 5 minute walk away. Added to all the east coast destinations within driving distance, it really is the perfect location. The gated car park instantly makes you feel safe and secure upon arrival and the small development of houses are well maintained with flower beds leading up to the property. The house itself is warm & cosy, decorated with tastefully and thoughtfully. A real ‘home from home’. We particularly love the outdoor area which has been planted with a nautical theme and the Juliette balcony in the twin room framed by the most fabulous curtains! 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful caravan, holiday park had lots to do and lovely walks to the beach. Filey just 10 minutes away and a wonderful town with a lovely sandy beach. Nicholas was always quick to respond to any questions. Fantastic value for money, especially in school holidays too, very grateful the cost didn't triple like most places. Had a great week there, Thank you! Will look forward to returning.

My daughter and partner stayed in the spacious 1 bed cottage and they were more than happy with the accommodation. Clean, roomy and comfortable. I stayed in Room 1 above the pub which had a beautiful stand alone bath and also en-suite shower and toilet. Peaceful and quiet on the night. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely return. Thanks to the staff there that made us feel welcome throughout the stay.

Absolutely lovely! It was 3 minutes walk from the station and Vicky was there to welcome us when we arrived. She was very responsive when we needed help to adjust the heating ( it was easy, we just didn't understand)but otherwise unobtrusive and very generous. It was quiet and peaceful, warm and cosy, tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed. Vicky also provided a bottle of wine to welcome us, and robes and slippers! 5 minute walk into the village to buy provisions at the coop, and 15 minute cycle ride to beach. The highlight for me was hearing and seeing an owl (in the tree next to the folly) calling to another distant owl. Would love to stay there again, and it was really good value for money. Thank you!

We had a great four night stay in this beautiful and peaceful accommodation. It was bigger than we anticipated which was a bonus - a very spacious living room/ kitchen area, airy bedroom with comfortable bed and an excellent shower in bathroom - the little conservatory and garden with garden furniture were also a bonus. Extremely quiet location - we enjoyed walks along the beach into Filey and also a visit to Bempton cliffs. It was a delight to meet Sharon who gave us tips on where to walk and places to eat.

Stunning venue with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well-equipped kitchen, immaculately clean, dog-friendly and excellent communication by the host. Highly recommended for family gatherings. We all wanted to live there permanently!

Great apartment on a lovely resort. Booked rather last minute for a New Years Eve break and Yvonne got the place ready with short notice. Instructions and info were clear and good. Would stay again.
