In addition, the Heiligenblut am Großglockner ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes. After a long day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the infrared cabin.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The smart luxury Garden Lodge Ju and Me is located in the center of the Hohe Tauern National Park and in winter directly in the family-friendly ski resort of Rauris. Pure privacy in the garden oasis with barbecue area, covered garden house as well as the exclusive outdoor sauna with solar shower. On 100 m2 there is space for up to 5 people. 2 bedrooms in cool style, open kitchen-living room with all extras and Nespresso machine, luxurious bathroom with washing machine and rain shower, terrace.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

House Kreuzboden, bungalow with garden and sauna

Our house is located in a quiet, secluded location. The town center and the Rauris high alpine cable cars are within minutes walking distance. You can reach the Kreuzbodenbahn in 10 minutes and the town center with shopping is a 15-minute walk. In order to enjoy your vacation after skiing, sledding or hiking, our sauna in the basement is perfect for ending a wonderful day and/or making yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living-dining area.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
