Vacation rentals with a patio in Humacao

Loved the condo! Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked - had everything we needed. Excellent location - right on the beach. Rosita is super proactive and responsive with her communications.

Beautiful place to stay down there at Palmas.

Comfortable apartment for 5 or 6 people, with equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well organized and clean. The apartment complex where it is located is very nice and quiet. Communication with hosts was great. I would stay again without thinking about it!

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

Cute and comfy little AirBnb, perfect for a couple. Everything you need is provided. Convenient to Walmart and many other stores, if you need anything. Best of all, short drive to many locations, without the San Juan traffic. Ceiba Ferry Terminal, Luquillo, and Las Pailas, are all 45 minutes or less. Even the drive to Old San Juan and Ponce are not bad, and the views along the way are beautiful, which makes the drive seem shorter. Rick provided helpful information and recommendations prior to our visit, which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the place. I would go back. The only thing is that the pool is a little far away and we had to rent a golf cart to get to it. Otherwise, everything was very good. Everything was clean. I loved the area. The wifi and the television worked very well. Another thing that I forgot is that the shower handles in the master bedroom bathroom are damaged. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Great place, super comfy and great host

We loved our stay at Tortuga Tranquila! It is a great setup for two families traveling together as the upstairs is an entire two bedroom apartment with exterior entrance only. We were able to enjoy the private pool and some time on the very secluded beach. The beach was extremely covered with seaweed (both on the shore and in the water) while we were there, so that was the only downside. The views surrounding the beach are stunning. It was a quick drive into town for groceries and restaurants, and only half an hour or so to Fajardo for excursions. We had a blast on an adventurous hike tour in El Yunque and surfing lessons at Luquillo beach, each less than an hour away. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Blair was extremely kind and helpful, and always quick to respond or reach out if there was a concern. We highly recommend this property!

The pictures do not do this home justice! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again! The home was clean and the backyard and pool area well maintained. The host had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available for use as well. The driveway is narrow but typical of most Puerto Rico spaces.

My family and I had a beautiful 7days vacation at the Tata’s House. The house was well maintained and cleaned to our expectations. The neighborhood was vey quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained. Will return in the near future, and recommend to family and friends.

We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. Home was comfortable and real nice. Loved looking at the lake in front of the house as it brings certain serenity and peaceful vibes. Overall we are happy with this property and will consider them again.

Great condo. The view and rooftop were our favorite features. The location is very close to the ceiba ferry. Owner was responsive and helpful. A/C is great. I have no complaints of the condo.

The property was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. We stayed at the property for three months. The condo is well furnished, but we had to purchase additional kitchen items since we cooked at the property for our meals. We had some initial issues with the wifi not reaching all rooms in the property, but once we moved the wireless router, we were able to set up two work stations at the property to handle our telecommuting. The closest beach (Los Machos) is a 25 minute walk from the property. We wish that there were grocery stores located close by, but we used the Avis rental (20 minute walk) if we needed a car for grocery shopping or exploring Puerto Rico. We loved the fact that the ferry to Culebra and Vieques is only a few miles away. The rooftop area gives you an amazing view of the surrounding area and the ocean in the distance. With the frequent breezes, it is very pleasant sitting on the roof and enjoying the views.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended! Thanks again, John, for making our stay unforgettable!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

Edwin and his place were incredible! Not only was the space beautiful, but the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Edwin was incredibly responsive and helpful with our stay. We greatly enjoyed our time on the island and would recommend this spot to anyone (our group of 6 fit perfectly)!

Amy was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. The place is very quiet, cozy, perfect for a retreat away from everything and recharge energies. The location is great, closed to everything we wanted to see and do. The visit was perfect. We will reserve it again in the future!
