This place was fantastic. The views from the balcony and pool were amazing. All the modern conveniences of home. Palmanova Plaza is there and has everything you may need or want. Carlos and Lynaitza are great hosts.

Super clean, spectacular view from the rooms and balcony, super nice apartment, close to the tennis courts, amenities described in details, the kitchen has everything you could need, beutiful walking trail, easy access to the property, super comfortable beds, again super super clean and the host responds super fast.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was amazing! The place was very clean, peaceful and the hosts were very friendly and responsive! I will definitely be staying here again.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

This house was PERFECT. Inside a gated community and a very short walk from the beach. There is a a town with the basic necessities 10 min away but the house alone could be a trip itself. Would easily come back here again.

We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

Our stay at Maribel’s home was overall wonderful! I’m giving 5 stars because the power outage was completely out of her control — the power went out the day we arrived and stayed out for two days. Even growing up in Puerto Rico, the heat without electricity was tough to manage. With the ongoing issues with LUMA, I recommend all Airbnbs in the area consider backup options like solar panels or generators. I purchased lanterns to safely walk around at night, and Maribel quickly refunded me as I left them behind for future guests. The home was thoughtfully stocked with basic essentials like Q-Tips, towels, and more, plus a welcome kit. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and other supplies perfect for trips to the beach, river, or even just relaxing at the house. Despite the power outage, Maribel’s hospitality, quick communication, and attention to detail made a big difference. I would definitely stay again — hopefully with backup power next time! #PalCarajoLUMA

Quick response of host when needed. Beautiful surroundings with lake view. Close to the beach and the house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Totally recommend staying in this house.

We came to Puerto Rico to bring my grandmother ashes as it was her last wish. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights and it was a beautiful experience to stay at this location it was a piece of home. The place is very comfortable, the extra amenities allowed us to enjoy our stay even more, cards, board games, dominoes, etc… I hope my next trip to Puerto Rico is more as a vacation and hope to stay here again if available. Our family travels a lot, and we don’t like resorts or gated communities. Jose‘s place was perfect for us. Open, spacious, unobstructed and gorgeous view of the ocean. Very quiet, perfect for families or those without children, alike. Sun drenched rooms in the morning, the sound of ocean waves, and the beach was incredibly private. We saw very few people other than the wonderful residents of Punta Santiago, whom we got to know by walking the neighborhood and visiting the stores. Don’t hesitate. Communication from Jose was outstanding, and it was a little bit hard to find the property, but only because it was night time when we arrived, and a few of the roads can be a bit confusing the very first time. After that, it’s a cinch.

Jays place is absolutely gorgeous! The views and the location are unbeatable!! You can see the ocean and pool area from two different decks and it’s a short walk to the water. The community is quiet and private and we had a great stay. There were a few small issues (sink clogged / fridge wasn’t staying that cold) but jay was extremely communicative and had someone out to fix it right away! We would definitely stay here again.

Marissa is quick to respond to any of your doubts or questions you may have. This is my first Airbnb experience and Marissa made me feel at ease with how the check-in process work and where to park. I am extremely grateful for Marissa’s hospitality and look forward to repeating my stay in the near future.

Everything was just as Maite mentioned with things being a little bit older. This was fine for us, as we didn’t spend much ch time in the room. Bed was comfortable and the beach couch by the front door was a great spot to read!

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available. Clean & organized. Beautiful views. Very safe. Many places to dine within Palmas. Host was very responsive & helpful even when I left my AirPod behind! She was able to mail it back to me. I would rate 20/10. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.

We fell in love with the place, quiet to release stress, safe and accessible, the pool is beautiful and at night it looks spectacular in a romantic atmosphere and what we liked most was the detail they did for our daughter by leaving plates and cutlery for my girl and books to read, it will definitely be my place to stay again, thank you very much for making our vacation a special time.
