The condo has been renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. The condo is also equipped with a battery backup generator that can last upto 7 days depending on usage. Palmas Del Mar has many other things to offer like restaurants, tennis courts, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding and a beautiful beach.

Come enjoy this beautiful condo overlooking a golf course! Experience the local beach life in this beautiful home, only a 3 minute walk from the beach! We have a gated pool shared by our community that you can enjoy as well. There are many restaurant and beaches within the gated community to enjoy and we are happy to share our favorite recommendations both near and far! *Please note that the exterior of the building is currently under extreme construction by the HOA. It will often be loud!

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
