Cozy accommodation on a small horse farm outside Järnforsen. As a guest, you are offered accommodation in the basement, with all the amenities you might need. You are welcome to use the house's balcony to grill and eat outside. On the balcony, there is also a lounge group and sun loungers. The accommodation is secluded without neighbors, so you can expect a peaceful evening. Below the balcony, the farm's horses graze, which you can of course hang out with. In the carport, there is a charger for an electric car and a sauna is under construction in the bathroom.

There is an option for additional sleeping places on an inflatable mattress and extra beds. Access to crib/travel bed, high chair and simple stroller with reclining position. Bicycles and garden with trampoline, swing and playhouse. Barbecue facilities. Proximity to swimming lake and playground as well as exercise loop.

In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, (no Wi-Fi) are available. Discover all the farm's chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog and rabbits. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forests. About 2 km from here, you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's World.

Sjörum

Stay in the middle of the woods by a lake but only 13 kilometers (3 km gravel road) from Vimmerby. In the large cottage, there is a refrigerator, LPG stove and fresh water in a container (not running water) but there is lake water in the faucet at the outdoor kitchen. The small cottage has an indoor toilet and fresh water in containers. The electricity is powered by a battery bank and solar cells. Outdoor sauna and boat available.
