Welcome to our sweet home in Port Charlotte! Enjoy our updated home with a nice Florida room that overlooks our fresh water canal. Grab a chair and head down to the canal to relax or try fishing! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 30 min to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach or only 50 min to Siesta Key Beach. Or enjoy Port Charlotte Beach Park with a small beach, pier, boat launch and playground. It is only 5 miles from our house. Enjoy some R&R at our home!

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Brownville Park on the Peace River is about 5 minutes away, and Morgan Park on the Peace River is about 10 minutes away. Come visit historic Arcadia Florida. The peace River access is 2 mile up the road, canoe available if you have a way to transport it. We have a small garden homestead with chickens, cows, sheep, eggs are available upon request. The small kitchen has 2 electric burners, air fryer, toaster & fridge. There is 1 twin bed in camper between bathroom and kitchen. There is a full bed in the add on room and a love seat. Camper is 1970's, with updates.
